My friend told me these sheets were “viral” and I had to buy them. So yes of course I bought them and had to give them a try. I ordered them on prime day and received them overnight with free shipping. I took them out of the package and had to wash them before the first use. At first touch these sheets are very soft and smooth feeling. I washed them by themself with no laundry detergent in the washer chamber, but inside the slide out detergent holder. I them dried them on low and when they were done came out with these stained like areas scatter on the top and bottom sheet. I originally gave this product a one. The reason is because after washing the sheets one time the seems opened up and there were loose threads. When I contacted Amazon they asked me to contact the manufacturer which I did. They told me that it was past the return window and I explained to them that we didn't use them for 4 months after I purchased them while we were waiting for an apartment to open up. I sent pictures and had several back and forth emails explaining the situation. I changed my review from a one to a four based on the customer service that I received resolving this issue. They agreed to give me a full refund on both sets of sheets. My review of four stars reflects their willingness to work with me and show exceptional customer service.
