I ordered the sheet set, and then separately ordered another set of matching pillow cases. A day or 2 after it arrived, I realized the 2nd set of pillow cases looked to be a couple shades darker than the original set. The set came with custom service cards to email if there was any issues with the product. I took a couple of photos & emailed them with my issue. They immediately replied and I had a replacement by the next day! I see many reviews on Amazon that a product had a defect and give a bad review…my opinion is there’s always a chance of product being defective or not exactly as it’s pictured, but HOW the business/seller responds to your issue tells you more about the product, their own belief in the product, and gaining my trust & repeated purchases from them in the future. My experience was great from the beginning to the end, and the way they handled correcting the product color issue so promptly (and told me to keep the darker pillow case, or donate it to a charitable cause) is not only great customer service & satisfaction combined as it should be, but the sheets are great and I will be a repeat customer, because this is how you gain & retain happy customers! Especially in the online marketplace. Thanks for going above and beyond and making what could have been a negative into a reminder that customer service & satisfaction still exists! So I read the reviews before and saw multiple people say the colors are not what you envision. But most of them said they were a faded or lighter version of what they anticipated. Which was fine by me. But my coral came much brighter than I was envisioning. It gives off a more pink coral look and I was hoping for a faded coral look, like my older sheet shows next to it. Now those are old and faded so they were a little brighter before. But in combination with my bedspread, my new coral sheets look very pink. That color difference being said, they are very soft and comfortable to sleep with. I do really like them. And will most likely buy a different color for my bed, most likely go safe with a white or cream. But I’ll keep with this same brand. Extremely quick shipping and comfort level are great! Just keep in mind that the color might not be what you’re expecting. I kept the “stain resistant” section blank, only because I have no idea. I just got them. I am not usually a fan of microfiber sheets...but these have the benefits of drying quickly (compared to cotton sheets) AND resisting wrinkles REALLY WELL, without feeling overly thin or making me super hot like other microfiber sheets I've tried. These are keepers! Hopefully they will wear well, but at this price point ($38 for a 4-piece set) it isn't a huge deal to replace them periodically. I bought the blue and white striped sheets and paired them with with the JSD 3 Piece Vintage Paisley Duvet Cover (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BXNSSV8P?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) and the colors of the two items compliment one another nicely. I tend to fluctuate a lot at night - hot/cold/hot/cold - blanket on, blanket off. You get the picture. I paid $125 for sheets last year that were supposedly breathable. They weren't worth the money, but I've convinced myself they are probably better than most of the cheap microfiber sheets I've used. Most of them have made me very hot. These are nice and soft and fit my pillow top mattress perfectly without a struggle. Bravo to the genius who finally figured out how helpful it is to show which end is up/down on the fitted sheet! Extra star just for that! I'm not really sure how breathable they are or if they as cool than my $125 sheets or cooler than my other $30 microfiber sheets. I still throw my blanket on and off at night, but overall, I'm very pleased for the money and believe that anyone without my issues will probably be happy with these. ... show more

I am really impressed how nice these sheets are. I love the luxury feel of good sheets but not willing to spend the $$$ that they come with since I have pets that sleep with us and hubby that could care less about nice sheets. I ordered these for my college kids apartments. They are both hot sleepers. When I got them, I immediately noticed how soft and airy they were and felt cool to the touch. But the test would be sleeping on them. My kids told me they were comfortable. So I ordered some for my bed. I loved the cool feel of the sheets. It was time to replace linens so I chose these because they are highly recommended and have a nice assortment of colors. They are soft to the touch, making them comfortable to sleep on. I can't speak to them helping one to sleep cool because I have an encasement on my mattress. So far 5 of the 6 sets I bought have only been washed once at purchase, and one set twice now, so I can't speak to how they wash over time. However, so far so good. They are not full of wrinkles when I take them out of the dryer and I use a permanent press setting. I'm pleased thus far with my purchase but will update should anything change. ... show more
