This is probably the best comforter I’ve ever bought. My boyfriend has a Cali king size bed and apparently I’m a blanket hog. At one point we had separate blankets to cover ourselves with. Not anymore!! This thing is HUGE. It even hangs aesthetically off all sides of the bed. And it doesn’t make you sweat, but it’s got some good weight to it. So as the title says, the outer material is literally that of a sleeping bag. Images looks like cloth, it's NOT cloth. I sleep hot and I don't want this sticking to me. Will be returning. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^Previous bad review I left. Complete opposite after actually using it. I judged before ever wrapping up in it. It’s so light weight and cool but keeps me just right. First 2 nights I slept with it, I didn’t wake up hot and sweaty! I have a fan on, in my window, in winter and a fan on my nightstand blowing indirectly on me. With my old blanket, I’d wake up all sweaty. Same fan set up with this blanket and I’m cool throughout the night! I do not use a top sheet only the fitted sheet over the mattress and 1 blanket. After actually using it I’m doing a complete turn around on my review. Went from a 2 star review to a 5 star review! And will NOT be returning it! It’s mine! ... show more

I searched for a long whole looking for the best size for the money. Most king size comforters are not truly wide enough. This one may have been a but of an overcorrection but dang it is great. Width is perfect, but the length is a little much. We have a drawer set under our 14 inch mattress and the end is often on the floor.
