Received today, took it out of the box and slapped it on :). Without styling or anything, it actually looks real and matches my hair color very well. I wasn’t expecting much based on the price, I’ve returned really expensive extensions because they looked like doll hair, but this is actually passable! My only dilemma will be if you can see it from the back (I have very thin hair). I’m waiting on a topper that might hide that, but if not then I won’t be able to use it if it’s obvious that I’m wearing a faker, but I’m going to try and make it work.

It’s real hair and can be curled if wanted! But it was not wide enough around the size of the head! I believe this is made especially for a different culture type with smaller frames! I have to admit it’s beautifully made and put together well ,..the hair is so soft and silky, but you may have to improvise and piece something together on it so you can have a full-size hairpiece! On average, I would say a woman’s size head around from Temple to temple is about 11 to 12 inches. This is short 2 inches on each side kind of stops above the ear around. I guess it would be helpful to measure first before you order! Hope this helps!

I bought this out of desperation when i realized my hair had drastically and suddenly thinned out, possibly due to postpartum hair loss. K am doing a few hair regrowth treatments but until they work i wanted a natural looking hair extension to get me through the days I was feeling self conscious or just wanted a glam boost! I was stuck between the ash blonde highlight and golden highlight but decided on the ashy tone since I’m the past I’ve ordered extensions and even the ashier options tend to lean more golden neutral in my opinion. The color is a touch cool for my current tone of blonde BUT that’s okay and I knew it might be. The hair is extremely soft and shiny and light weight. I was able to put it on and curl it within 10 minutes to blend with my current hair style for the photo, they are not much longer than my own hair which is what I wanted, I might have even been okay with the 16 inch set but knew I could cut the hair if I needed to. Even if this hair doesn’t last very long I am happy for the price, but it feels like with proper treatment it will last me for a good while since I only plan on wearing them once or twice a week at most.

It's a bit difficult to secure it to the head. I might sew in another couple clips. The hair quality is fine. I just had trouble making it blend in with that fishing wire type loop that supposed to be hidden in the hair at the crown of the head. Seems fairly durable though. I bought a rich, dark brown. This seems better for making a similar length hair look thicker than for adding length.

As you can see I have medium length hair. Some might call it short. Short to medium. For starters I’ve got medium experience with hair styling and extensions. So be careful cutting them yourself if you’re a beginner. Instead of taking them to my stylist to have them trimmed and styled I was winging it, and I’m very pleased with the results ! I trimmed them just below my (not styled) hairline, by lining up carefully on a folded towel. I then separated the wefts(flipped from weft “up”, and weighted it down), then I added some log subtle layers to mimic my own hair style. Even STRAIGHT - not styled- they looked like my real hair. First try on the color too! First guess. I’m so impressed. They don’t pinch my head or slip around. I used the invisible stick on clips for added support. For placing the halo extension in my hair- I used a rat tail comb to make a part from 2” or so back from my hairline, then all the way down the back until about 2-3 ip from the nape of my neck where the r hair line ends. I then carefully placed the styled and cut extensions onto my scalp and carefully let down my hair. Pulled any pieces that got stuck, styled the tops of my hair above, and voila!! Very impressive quality!! Don’t forget to use a medium to low heat on the extensions and wash once a month.
