My Stylist recommended this hair and has had alot of success using it on her clients. I read reviews before purchasing stating they tangle, shed, etc. but took a chance anyway. They looked great right after being put in and I was extremely pleased leaving the salon. I'm sorry to say the reviews are spot on. They were ok for maybe a couple of weeks max. After that they started to feel horribly dry, alot of shedding and tangle like crazy. I would carry a brush but they'd tangle right back up in a matter of a few minutes. I wash once a week, low heat setting, I use oils, masks, tried different types of products and nothing helped. I couldn't get these removed fast enough. There is no way this is human hair. After the fact my Stylist has stated other clients have been having the same issue recently. Something must have changed with this hair. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and was diligently requesting to make this right however I wanted. They were willing to replace with more products or refund and followed through with the refund as I requested. Based on customer service I give them 5 stars.

This is a great money saver as an alternative to professional extensions! As a previous hairdresser of 8 years I have been thoroughly impressed with this brand. They do tend to shed a tad more and do tend to grid a bit more in their natural “just showered/ no product” state but the color and quasi definitely there!

Update: seller reached out to me and was so amazing, they were so kind and helpful and sending me a new bag, I am excited to see if this was a 1 time thing.. I would recommend this hair based on my other orders and now believe it was just a bad batch. I have bought from this seller before and had good experiences up until now. These have been coming out in clumps since I had them installed, I am a stylist and do not use Amazon hair on my clients but for some reason I do for myself lol.. I literally have saved an entire bag full of hair from each time I brush. I only wash 1-2 times a week, let air dry, only use light heat, oloplex, maroccan oil, So dissatisfied.. besides that though the texture has held up and is still pretty nice..
