**Update- the customer service is great! After my initial review, they refunded 65% of my total purchase, sent free gifts and a gift card as a token of reconciliation. *** Maybe I got a bad batch? I was in love with these extensions when we first put them in. However it’s been 4 weeks and I’d say that for the last 2 weeks or so they have become extremely dry, tangle really quickly (immediately after brushing) and are shedding like crazy. I’m constantly applying oil and brushing 10-15 times a day. My hair looks awful and I can’t wait to have these off my head. *Yes, I use the proper shampoo. Redken is the brand I prefer. I also only wash them 1-2 times a week. I dry them on low and use minimal heat .

5 stars for attention- I wanted to wear these for a bit before making an honest review. I am a hairstylist and wanted to find an alternative, affordable option for my clients. Frankly, this is not it. I have worn these now for several weeks and they are constantly matted and shed like crazy. They are also thinner than I was anticipating, if you have thick hair you will have to put in several double rows of these. When I originally received they felt amazing so I’m assuming there’s some kind of coating on these that have them feeling good until after a couple washes. I’d spend the money elsewhere, personally.

So this is a good amount of hair for your money, it is a very golden brown. And it's going to stay a golden brown, I have tried to dye these extensions so many times. I cannot get rid of the gold, I suspect the dye is not penetrating the silicone coating on the outside. When the hair is wet, it does get a nice wave to it. These are very soft and shiny, and that shine does last a while. Just be sure to get the exact color you need the first time

The color is pretty close on it's own but I had to bleach them once to match my whitish hair they held up nicely & are still very strong & soft & have had little to no shedding the ends are also very thick I love this hair I would highly recommend buying this brand over any other

I bought 2 100g 24” wefts to glue in myself as an cheaper alternative to having my hair professionally installed for $1000+. I know I’ll have to remove them more often and reinstall but it’s so much cheaper, I just hope the hair itself lasts as long as the hair I have installed professionally. The hair is silky, soft and super long and the colour is very accurate to the photo, so it matches my hair perfectly. Hair extensions last longer if you use sulphate free hair products, use heat protection spray and nourishing leave in cream, let dry naturally, limit hot tools, sleep with your hair in a bonnet or braid and if you see your hair becoming thinned at the ends trim a little off the ends. I hope these last a few months with the correct care.

I usually get hand—tied hair extensions from a salon who uses Covet & Mane hair which is $500-700 just for the hair cost. I got this because my hair didn’t come in time for my appointment, so I wanted to just to use these for a few weeks. If you’re used to professional hair extensions, you can tell the difference in these. But they’re definitely okay and better than expected. The biggest thing my long time hair stylist noticed while putting them in is that the weft is really thick compared to the band tied ones. We usually stack a few wefts in one row to make it thicker. With this hair, you can’t do that because the weft is already so thick on your head after being sewed on that it’s almost noticeable, and definitely feels strange being so thick on your roots. However, since it’s human hair, it doesn’t look bad, and also the price is obviously way better than the professional salon brands if you’re needing a substitute.

I ordered one package of the brown to chestnut brown with platinum blonde. I’m so impressed! I usually order from Luxy, but after seeing this pop up, I decided to try it. When I opened the package I was so nervous because it didn’t look like a lot of hair, but it is plenty for me and my very very fine hair. I cut them to size and doubled the wefts onto clips. It matched perfectly with my hair that I had toned down from platinum blonde. Definitely will be ordering again when it’s time!
