I ordered some 18in #8/60 last summer from this brand and I honestly really loved them. However my hair has many shades of blonde in it and i wanted another set that blended better for straight hair and ponytails. So this time I ordered the 16in highlight with more low lights in them. I get them they are obviously a return from another customer and they are layered like really bad. Color was good so I returned and ordered same color 18in. Totally different color all together. Not even close to the same in 16 inch. Once again I returned and ordered yet another color 18 inch. The 3rd set now was new but way to light for my hair so I returned again 🙄 and sought help from full-time with zero reply so much for a color match and good customer service. Against my gut I went ahead and ordered now a 4th set because I needed them like last week and don't have time to wait for full shine to get around to my emails if they even ever do!! So I ordered after much research the 18inch #p16/22. Color was perfect for my hair BUT they are not seamless. They are reg clip in which i absolutely did not want and to be honest they looked layered too. I guess there is no consistency in color from inch to inch or whether they are seamless. 3 out the 4 sets I now have to return and wait for my 400$+ dollars back were returns from other customers. I once again reached out to full shine but u know what I'm going with another company. I'll be damned I pay 100$ for something I'm not happy about and clearly they don't care. OVER IT!! NEVER EVER AGAIN. Be warned to really read the product description because apparently it changes by the length even thou it claims its the same color. **This review is being updated...Amanda from customer service did reach out finally and did offer and attempt to get my order correct however I have decided to wait until I receive refunds from the 4 sets first. She then offered to send a free gift for my trouble and time. I don't believe the issue is with the company itself but in the product description. If you order say one color in 16 inch read the description at the top of the Amazon page because it may be different on say a 18 inch same color. I’ve never been disappointed with this brand. With good care and repair they last even longer than they claim. I’ve bought probably ten sets from them over the years ( I like to mix things up and have even dyed this. But hennas beautifully. Afterwards almost looked like fake barbie hair for a week because it was SOOOOOOO SHINY. Gorgeous. I don’t buy other brands anymore, I’m not an easy to please customer. And considering the price, honestly I was gobsmacked at the quality. Thick healthy hair no matter the color.

I'm giving 3 stars because I love the second set I recieved as far as color and thickness goes, but the first set is far thinner and more of a golden color. I ordered one set and just clicked the 2 quantity so I'm upset that the sets aren't the same... will be returning the set that doesn't seem up to quality and color but I have thick hair so I need 2 sets and who knows if I'll end up with the right one next time I order. Super bummed... I usually order from a different brand but wanted to branch out.. I might have to return both and go with the brand I know and love.

The hair is soft and color match isn’t as matched but my gray hair is so hard to match I’ll tone them and they will be fine. I’m just sad that it didn’t come with enough so you are going to have to buy two packs which would make it almost Sally’s prices for a full set. But if your looking for the more convenient way then this is the choice but just get two packs Im telling you it’s not enough hair. Also they come with two four clip extensions and one three clip. There is no two clip or one clip extensions included

I don't write reviews but I am so happy with these seamless clip-ins I just had to share. I have been looking for these for a long time. Have ordered numerous other brands only to be vet disappointed and returned all of them. Some even had synthetic hair when it was supposed to be 100% human hair 😒. I was about to give up but found this brand from a youtuber and gave it one more try not expecting much due to my previous disappointments. I am so glad I bought these! They are 100% human hair, much lighter than the old style and matched my hair color exactly. I can wear the full set when I want to do fancy hairstyles or just 1 3 clasp + 1 2 clasp for everyday just to get that added volume. I wear it everytime I go out now! I love them so much I bought a second set of 16" and another set of 18". If u r on the fence, don't be. Hurry and buy. U won't be disappointed.
