The quality of this hair is amazing for the price but my past two orders I have received vastly different amounts of hair. I ordered two packs of 16" in Black and #60. The #60 had about 2/3 the amount of hair that was in the black weft. The difference isn't in the thickness of the weft but the length they give you. My most recent order, two packs of 18" in two different colors had the same issue. Again this is amazing hair but I'm really disappointed at the misrepresentation - you're definitely not getting 100g every time in my experience.

**Update 3** It's been one week and 3 days since I've had the new extensions put in and so far so good (new pic attached)! Grant it, I do condition deeply as well as purchased some very expensive leave in conditioner, but I'm please with the hair. I can't say enough about the customer service. They were excellent and fixed my issue right away. **Update 2** True to their word, I did receive a new box (Yay, full shine!). Please see the difference in the first one compared to the next. I've just had them changed out yesterday so this is day one. Let's hope after the first wash I still have the look that I love today. Will update! UPDATE*** I've been in contact with Full Shine. The customer service is excellent! They took my issue seriously and have offered a replacement pack of weft for me to try. Once I receive it and have it replaced, I will review based off of that box. *********** I've been wearing hair extensions for almost a year now. My first set of extensions lasted 8 months (different brand). I just recently (4-21-22) had full shine weft put in by a professional, they looked amazing, felt great and I was in love with the color! However, the very next day I noticed they were feeling a little dry and frizzy. I waited until the following Monday to wash them. I only use the best products, hair oil, mask as well as leave in conditioner. I do not use high heat, only blow dry on cool. As I said, my last set lasted 8 months. I know how to take care of my extensions. It's been a week and 1 day since I've had them put in. As you can see from the attached picture none of my techniques have help the dry/fizziness. My Stylist has another product we will try, but at this point I feel nothing is going to bring back the beautiful look I had last Thursday when I left the salon. I'm extremely disappointed as the reviews of your product seemed to prove these were a great choice. The time and money I've spent thus far on products all seem to be an empty solution. Kindly provide a fix to my issue or if there's a possibility of you sending a replacement box for me to try.

This is the second time I have purchased Full Shine extensions and the quality for the price can’t be beat. The hair is soft and doesn’t shed a lot. The double wefts give me volume without needed too many rows. I bought the 1B clip ins this time and they were lighter than I was expecting. After washing these extensions with shampoo/conditioner for hair extensions, the hair extensions were not soft anymore. I use oil daily for extensions but they’re still not soft and they shed REALLY Bad. I really wished they would have worked out.

I love love loveeee these extensions!! I’ve had them for over a year now wearing them DAILY and when I say daily I mean every single day even while I sleep! Sometimes braided sometimes not and they’ve lasted this long. I’ve curled them straightened them dyed them. But because my hair is black I’d only dye them the same black I was doing so it would be the same as mine if you get what I’m saying. No they don’t fade either. I recently had to trim the bottoms and only once cause after a year of constant wear the ends will need a trim. I highly suggest getting these!! I got 24” and I loved it. They were soft and stayed great.
