UPDATED REVIEW: This seller reached out to me so they could do a custom color match for me since I wasn't pleased with the original 2 sets i purchased. After reviewing my pictures of my hair color they were honest and explained they didn't carry my hair color but they offered to refund my money or send me new ones that I could dye to match my hair. I am so pleased with this excellent customer service. No other amazon seller has ever reached out to me like this just wanting to make their customer happy. They now have a very happy, life long customer ๐ I bought 2 sets of the 22 inch #3/8/22. For those who aren't professionals, it's important to know that these numbers are meant to represent the level of hair color. I bought these thinking that the root color would be a dark brown level 3 fading into a level 8 blonde to platinum, as it's listed. It is not. It's definitely more of a level 6-7 dark blonde on the root. Huge difference. They do not match my hair and I don't have time to send them back now and wait to receive new ones. So. Be careful when you order and understand that these numbers do not accurately represent the level of hair you're getting. Plan for it to be way lighter if in the level 2-8 range. As far as hair goes, the hair seems ok. It's soft, doesn't tangle or she's and doesn't have a weird chemical smell either. WASH THEM BEFORE YOU USE THEM. Extensions have a film on them so they don't tangle up while in transit. After you wash them, that should tell you everything you need to know about the quality. Length seems to check out and the density is pretty consistent from top to ends. So far, I would recommend these extensions . Again, just be cautious when choosing color. ****UPDATE: going to be returning these because the color is just way too light. They don't match my hair at all. To the seller: please label your levels more accurately. These are not a level 3 or anywhere close. That are a level 6 at the root at best. 6/7/12 are the correct level order

Updated Review: ive now purchased Full Shine hair 8x and am a Very Happy Customer. I am a professional hair dresser and my clients often come to me with VERY VERY expensive hair extensions. Honestly, The Full SHine ones are Just as good. Maybe better. Purchase and wear with confidence!! after I posted the original review (below), FULL SHINE customer service contacted me several times. They appreciated my opinion and experience - apologized profusely, and most importantly, they stand by the quality of their product. They and want to make sure that I am a happy customer and that no one else has the experience I did with my original order. How? They shared my experience with their factory and worked with them to put in place additional quality control measures so that their finished product Looks and Feels great on day One- and also day 91. and they kept me in the loop through this process so I never got discouraged They are sending me new hair - from a 'new batch', and I look forward to posting another super positive updated review within a few weeks of receiving it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I am a professional hairdresser, use High-quality shampoo, conditioner, heat protecting products, good brushes, and ionic/ceramic/ UV blowdryer. I decided to use the Covid 19 quarantine to do a little research and Try out less expensive hair that I could get on Amazon. Full Shine has really great reviews and 3/8/22 looked perfect for me. 1. The color/blend is amazing - looks Just like the images on amazon. 2. out of the box, they were super shiny and soft. unfortunately, after a month the hair is so darn dry that it won't hold a good blowout. I can work hard to get it smooth and beautiful, but after half a day it will go back to the Straw like feel & begin to tangle/stick to itself. Zero natural flow/fall. it's Crisp. I've tried more smoothing products/serum - but they just sit on top of the cuticle and make it feel Dirty/ gunked up - which is bad news. Detox or 'everyday' shampoo with Light conditioner is a better way to go than with the Hydrating/Smoothing ones. I think the added 'hydration' just gunks up the hair cuticle. Even though the soft flowy- ness is gone which makes me sad. I Still love the color(s). So, instead, I am wearing a gorgeous (color), Thick & Full, - Messy Bun :-) rather than waste the energy on a Perfect blow out- and for a Covid -19 summer, i'll deal with that rather than take them out & start over it's far better than my own wacky/SuperFine/kinda wavy/kinda straight = little thimble-sized bun

10/10 would NOT recommend. I got these and had them put in. They did go in easy and look nice. I had left them straight. Washed them a few days later and then hey were just so frizzy and dry. I donโt use cheap products. I have tried to curl them and they do not hold a curl. And now that they are in my hair I canโt return them. I bought three packs. I wanted length and volume. I should have stuck with goo goo hair extensions like I normally buy
