The quality of this hair is amazing for the price but my past two orders I have received vastly different amounts of hair. I ordered two packs of 16" in Black and #60. The #60 had about 2/3 the amount of hair that was in the black weft. The difference isn't in the thickness of the weft but the length they give you. My most recent order, two packs of 18" in two different colors had the same issue. Again this is amazing hair but I'm really disappointed at the misrepresentation - you're definitely not getting 100g every time in my experience.

Edit 12/4/22, recieved new hair replacement. It is too light and I will have to add color to match. My natural color is somewhat hard. I appreciate the seller going above and beyond to help me. Edit 11-28-22, seller reach out to me to help resolve issue. I mentioned my natural color is hard to find (strawberry blonde with copper) and sent and example of a color that is the closest Ive found. They are sending me that color at no charge and offered to send me some mink eyelashes for the trouble. I declined since I dont use those. But the thought was nice. I am going to update to 4 stars as the customer service seems to be diligent in helping me. Will update to 5 pending the new hair coming in. This hair is priced decent. I used it as a sew in. I wash my hair every 3 to 4 days. I did color treat it lightly with lowlights to blend to my natural color better. Its sheds soooo much and has lots of breakage after wearing it for about 6 weeks or less. I use great hair products from my stylist for extensions. So it's not the issue my me not taking the proper care of them. I cannot wear it straight or it will knot up in a huge ball. I recommend sewing clips or using for short term or special events only.

Update#1 I wanted to let everyone know that Full shine contacted me very concerned that I was unhappy with the product. I honestly have never seen this level of commitment when it comes to customer satisfaction. They have sent me 2 new wefts for free, same ones I ordered before , after they talked to the factory that makes them. I haven't had a chance to work with the new wefts yet but as soon as I do, I will do another update. I just needed to applaud their amazing customer service and it is very important to them that you are happy with their products. I am very grateful and appreciate their attention to me as a customer. It is rare that some of these business actually have hearts, and Full Shine, definitely is full of heart too. Especially Suki who has been the amazing customer service representative or she may have a more important role, either way, shout out to her! I can't wait to find the time to work with the new wefts they sent me for 100% free. Mind blown cuz Remy human hair as you know my friends reading this, is not cheap. So again, the best customer service ever!! I was a little disappointed in the quality of this. The bottoms aren't very full. There are layers towards the ends that make them thin n fray out when creating a braid or a dread/loc. I knew I should've stuck with what I knew.

The media could not be loaded. I was very beyond pleased when I first received this hair, the length and how much came for only one weft. But after washing and letting completely air dry it soon became very very tangled and dry. I always keep a brush with me knowing extensions do get tangled but I really was not expecting them to be like this after one wear. Good for the price tho, 100 grams, sallys beauty supply extensions with clips is 120 and is way thinner than these. 8/10! Just wish the hair didn’t feel so processed once washed.

I purchased one pack to see how the hair is. I was pleasantly surprised at how soft the hair was and seemed to be great quality. I shampooed and conditioned the hair to see if it would tangle and it did not. After drying it was still soft. I was happy to finally find good quality extensions.So I ordered another pack since I was confident they would work for me. Washed the second and same thing the hair still felt great. My plan for the hair was to color them light pink before getting them sewn in. Unfortunately that’s when I realized they must not be 100% real hair because only about 50% of the hair took the color. Some strands were pink and others were still completely blonde as of the color did not take at all. I purchased 2 packs of hair and now I can’t use either of them because not all of the hair takes the color. The description of the product says they can be dyed. Clearly not. Not only that I didn’t even use developer it was only a fashion color with no chemicals. A lot of money spent and can’t even use them.
