Update: I was contacted by the company who originally told me they would refund me 100% of my money and ship me a new set of extensions. The next message stated they were only planning on refunding me 50% of my money back on one set of extensions when I ordered 2. At that point the back and forth was becoming way too much and their information wasn’t adding up.. I told them I would just be returning the hair through Amazon as they wanted my address to mail me a return label which sounded really shady. Well long story short I sent them back through Amazon’s return process to find that I did not get all of my money back & the company charges a restocking fee. A restocking fee for USED hair that they will throw away anyway. Unbelievable. This is the worst company that I have ever purchased anything from in my life. They kept about $30 of my money just to return hair that has been an absolute nightmare to deal with!!! When you get messages from their customer service, the messages aren’t even written properly and very unprofessional. Purchased the first set of extensions that did not match. Purchased a second set of extensions in a blonder color thinking maybe more hair would help blend a little better. 1st set was way too dark.. Went to return.. received message from company to send them pictures. Sent many pictures as directed then questioned and told to send more pictures in the “day light” I’m not sure how many more pictures I can send or different ways of taking the pictures. The 2nd pack of hair definitely matches the best but it’s not enough hair to blend and I’m not spending more money to buy a 3rd set. The first pack of hair should have matched because I have low lights but the 2nd set of blonder hair actually matches best even though there are no low lights in the extensions. With my hair being so thin, one pack still isn’t enough. I’ve worn hair extensions my whole life and I have never had such an issue trying to get them to blend.

Nice extensions. The color is pretty, but the color has more of a gold tone than I had hoped. The odor is a little strong even after 2 washes. They don't tangle as badly as some other brands.
