This hair color is very pretty and the hair quality is good the only issues, there isn’t much hair on the wefts and after the first hair wash several came out in my shower. I’ve bought this brand before so I’m not sure why many came out upon the first wash (I’m always careful when washing my hair )

UPDATED AT END!!! I have ordered from this shop before and absolutely love their extensions! I got a new package 2 days ago of the 2B 22inch strands and noticed that there were 40 strands but 4 of them were completely useless because they had basically no hair. I didn't really mind because last time I used them, I didn't use 4 pieces so it wasn't a big deal. I noticed that they were a little thin and when I had finished putting them in I tried to style them with heat and the hair was like making this awful smell. I washed them before I put them in so I'm not sure what happened because all of the products that were in them should've washed out. They are definitely thinner than my last order because my hair feels a lot less thick than it did with the last tape-ins I bought from this store. The tape on the actual strands is great and really strong and the last time I ordered it was incredible and I absolutely loved them. I will definitely order again because I think that I just got a bad batch, but I'm pretty disappointed in my recent order. I would return and get a replacement but they're already stuck in my head LOL. They don't look bad, but I'm going to wait a few days until I wash my hair before I try and style it with heat again. UPDATE: incredible 11/10 customer service. They were so responsive and helpful! I've never experienced such great customer service and they replaced my package. They reached out to me very quickly, literally the day after my review, and immediately addressed the issue. I was so impressed with them. I will definitely continue to order from this store.

Update again: Josie responded and has offered to resend me more hair to see if I recieved a bad batch of hair. I promised to update as the customer service is outstanding. I will update again when I have recieved the new hair. Recieved this hair in 14 and 16 in quickly, opened the thought it wasn't enough but it was and looked great. The tape is good and I have been wearing them about 3 weeks now without any slipping or pieces falling out, however these are NOT 100% human hair they dry out when washed the first time. I have worn extensions for several years so I know how to take care of them. I have been able to "save" them by deep conditioning but I do not believe I will put them back in when I remove them as they are more work than I have ever experienced with wearing extensions. I'm sad bc I love the color and how light weight they are, I just wish they weren't a blend and would last for multiple wears. The 14 and 16 extensions I would still Gove a 2 start review however the customer service is 5 star!

My first purchase from this company was based off some TikToks I watched where several girls raved about these extensions. So I went ahead and bought them in the color I needed. Or so I thought I needed. After getting them and putting them in, the color was off and not matching my hair exactly as I would have wanted. I contacted the company about the problem and their customer service was in touch the same day! They offered to replace the hair with the correct color after I sent a few pictures and they color matched me. At no additional cost and no need to return the hair I already had used. Super excited to get the correct color and put it in! I will say I’ve been wearing the “wrong color” for 2 1/2 weeks now. I’m just very careful with how I part my hair or pull it up. It actually looks and feels more like my natural hair now that I have washed it. It curls and straightens just like my natural hair and looks beautiful! There were several that I needed to remove and replace due to them showing too easily and they were very easy to remove (with rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle). These extensions are a great value for the price and their customer service is beyond excellent. Go ahead and order them! You won’t regret it!

First of all, the hair is a beautiful color. But the pieces are super thin, almost no hair. Maybe I got a bad batch. Make sure you order an extra pack because you’ll need it. It also gets super frizzy even with all the products I use, I’ve had extensions before and have never had a problem. Like I said, maybe it’s a batch of hair. But it is a beautiful color!

I bought a package of tape in hair extensions and the hair was amazing quality, very soft. Unfortunately, the glue did not work, I was only able to use a few extensions using the replacement tape in that came in the package. I contacted the seller and brought up my concerns. To my surprise they were willing to make it up and find a solution they send me another package of hair extensions and these worked just fine! I’ve bought from other companies and these are definitely one of my favorites now.
