**Update- the customer service is great! After my initial review, they refunded 65% of my total purchase, sent free gifts and a gift card as a token of reconciliation. *** Maybe I got a bad batch? I was in love with these extensions when we first put them in. However it’s been 4 weeks and I’d say that for the last 2 weeks or so they have become extremely dry, tangle really quickly (immediately after brushing) and are shedding like crazy. I’m constantly applying oil and brushing 10-15 times a day. My hair looks awful and I can’t wait to have these off my head. *Yes, I use the proper shampoo. Redken is the brand I prefer. I also only wash them 1-2 times a week. I dry them on low and use minimal heat .

These hair extensions were purchased for my aunt who wanted to try hair extensions. The quality is OK! Not the greatest but not horrible either. They do hold color nicely as we colored them auburn and the color still holds. It’s washed off a bit but the color looks nice. You do have to cater to them more than you would professionals extensions but they do the job.

I’ve been using these extensions over the past two years and I can promise you they are super reliable! I have only ever used one pack at a time and it’s more than enough hair for me! This picture is 22 inch but we did trim a little bit! The only thing I wish I would’ve done was order the 20 inch instead because it’s the same weight of hair just a little bit thicker! I highly recommend because they are easy to install, match fantastic, last anywhere from 3 to 6 months, and worth the money!!

I’ve deleted my original review as the custom service was/is exceptional. They reached right out to me and made things right. I’ll definitely continue using this Amazon store simply based on they stand behind their products and customer satisfaction . So thank you for that. The hair is beautiful, but it’s thin when using only 1 pack, BUY 2 packs to get a fuller look & length (24in). The bottom of a 24in weft gets thinner towards the bottom. Individuals getting hair extensions at newbies need to understand quality/ grams of the extension does matter.

**Update 3** It's been one week and 3 days since I've had the new extensions put in and so far so good (new pic attached)! Grant it, I do condition deeply as well as purchased some very expensive leave in conditioner, but I'm please with the hair. I can't say enough about the customer service. They were excellent and fixed my issue right away. **Update 2** True to their word, I did receive a new box (Yay, full shine!). Please see the difference in the first one compared to the next. I've just had them changed out yesterday so this is day one. Let's hope after the first wash I still have the look that I love today. Will update! UPDATE*** I've been in contact with Full Shine. The customer service is excellent! They took my issue seriously and have offered a replacement pack of weft for me to try. Once I receive it and have it replaced, I will review based off of that box. *********** I've been wearing hair extensions for almost a year now. My first set of extensions lasted 8 months (different brand). I just recently (4-21-22) had full shine weft put in by a professional, they looked amazing, felt great and I was in love with the color! However, the very next day I noticed they were feeling a little dry and frizzy. I waited until the following Monday to wash them. I only use the best products, hair oil, mask as well as leave in conditioner. I do not use high heat, only blow dry on cool. As I said, my last set lasted 8 months. I know how to take care of my extensions. It's been a week and 1 day since I've had them put in. As you can see from the attached picture none of my techniques have help the dry/fizziness. My Stylist has another product we will try, but at this point I feel nothing is going to bring back the beautiful look I had last Thursday when I left the salon. I'm extremely disappointed as the reviews of your product seemed to prove these were a great choice. The time and money I've spent thus far on products all seem to be an empty solution. Kindly provide a fix to my issue or if there's a possibility of you sending a replacement box for me to try.

I’ll give my review on a question and answer format (: I am a licensed/professional hair stylist and I use this company more than others when it comes to hair extensions. Can these extensions be colored? - I did not personally try coloring these extensions since I have black colored hair and bought the matching color. However I have ordered from this company before and was able to lighten the ends of the black extensions to a dark brown with no damage for a balayaged look! How long do the extensions last if worn daily? - With being worn daily and washed and such on a weekly basis they hold up around 6 months WITH PROPER CARE. Are the beads attached to the extensions? - Beads are NOT attached to extensions. You have to install beads and sew in the weft manually. If I have a thick hair, how many packs should I order? - If you look at the grams of hair weight per package, I would say 3-4 packs for very thick hair. Can I sew the clips on? - You absolutely can! I did with mine once deciding to switch from sew in to clip ins. How will I know if it will fit? - The weft of hair comes in one longggggg piece, you can cut it into smaller wefts once measuring areas of your scalp to make sure it fits! Is one pack enough for a full head? - If you have thinner hair or are just looking to thicken up your hair without adding length then yes one pack is enough. Is it real hair? - Yes it’s real hair and great quality! Do these air dry straight or wavy? - They’re mostly straight, but with any type of hair just styled with heat it will not be poker straight. At what temperature can you heat style? - I only used up to 280F with styling these. Black hair extensions tend to have a few strands of synthetic hair just for shine, so out of not wanting to melt those pieces and to keep integrity of hair I didn’t max out heat. I order from this company all the time, they really are the best. Fast shipping, great customer service, and their product is fool-proof. Give them a try!
