It has natural shine, a natural feel, and the color is astounding!! I have natural level 4 hair. The blend is like I have gone to a salon! I often get asked about my hair when I have the extensions in. My hair is very thin! I am able to blend the tabs without an issues. I even wear my hair up! The way that works for me….. I leave the extensions in no longer than 6 weeks. I move them up and trim them each time. I get 4 uses out of them! I follow all the hair extension rules to make them last!!! First time wearing tape ins, I used 3 1/2 packs, the installation was very easy, I put them on myself and didn’t take too long. They looked really natural, matched my hair color perfectly. The hair felt real, nice and soft, the smell that usually comes with extensions went away with the first wash. The value for the money was very good. Nothing bad to say about the product itself, but to remove them was a nightmare, so bad that I would never use tape ins again.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent purchase from your brand. As a returning customer, I had previously trusted your product, but my last two orders have raised serious concerns about quality and authenticity. Most recently, I purchased four packs of hair, paid $150 for a professional install, and the very next day—while attempting to curl it—the hair burned and frizzed immediately, behaving like plastic. That is not how real human hair reacts to heat. Even more telling, the hair doesn’t hold a curl like real hair would. This leads me to believe that what I received is either fully synthetic or a low-quality synthetic blend—not 100% human hair as advertised. Prior to this, I had another poor experience with hair from your company that tangled and became frizzy within just two weeks. I assumed the bleaching process was the issue, so I opted for a darker brown shade with ash highlights this time, hoping for better results. Instead, it was worse. I’ve now lost money on the product and installation, and I’ve wasted my time. I’m requesting either a refund or a replacement with genuine 100% human hair, as your description promises. Please advise on how you plan to resolve this issue. I would appreciate a prompt response.

I’m wearing 2 packs of 22 inches. This is my second time buying extensions. My first was from Sunny & loved them. They’ve lasted a whole year & could last even longer but I wanted super long, dark hair so I went searching & found this company through TikTok. The hair is super nice! Washed it once so far. You honestly have to wash the extensions a couple times before they get to the texture of real hair since they coat them with some kind of silicone. I will most likely buy 1 more pack because they’re a little thin since they’re super long(reason why I only have 4 stars) but other than that, I totally recommend them!!

This should be a five star review however lately I have had several boxes that have really poor quality tape and the extensions just peel right open and don't stay in the hair. I have been a customer of full shine and consistently order 2 to 3 boxes every 6 to 7 weeks for the last few years. The last several times I have ordered the quality has just gone downhill on the tape. The hair is still great but the adhesive is just really bad lately. I don't know what's happening and I really don't want to go try and find another brand because these have been so good for me for so long but I'm wasting so much money on replacing the tape ends that are coming undone so easily

In the beginning of the year, I decided to give this brand a go. I got a set of balayage tape-ins and loved them at first. But within a month, they got very tangled and matted up within 10 minutes of brushing it. After leaving a not-so-great review expressing my disappointment in the product, their team reached out to me immediately and offered to find a way to remedy the situation. They identified the batch the hair came from and assured a quality check. With all the different sources of hair, I could definitely understand a batch issue. So, I agreed to a pack of new extensions. They went the extra mile in sending photos from their facility, assuring the new color and length were good, and sent them off with extra tapes as well. Now I’ve had these for a few months and they are STUNNING. I’ve had no issues with tangling, they’re still shiny, and they were easy to re-install when it came time to move them up. They sit comfortably in my hair, they’re so easy to maintain, and they come pretty dense, but not to the point of being super heavy. I have since trimmed and dyed them a couple shades darker and they’ve still remained soft and the ends haven’t split any more than good, natural hair would. With my new experience, I would HIGHLY recommend them. The team members that reached out to me were so polite, so if there is any issue, please contact them and give them a second chance like I did. I will definitely be ordering my next set from them!
