My last bedset is a mere 4.5yrs old and horridly uncomfortable, I was able to stretch the time by purchasing a foam topper while researching for a replacement. I FOUND IT! Order arrived Early! The box is pretty heavy, is folded in half then rolled and vacuum-shrink wrapped. PurrJoy includes the appropriate cutter and booklet, honestly, I never opened the booklet LOL This bed will EXPLODE out of the shrink wrap the second the first cut is made! So don't stop slicing the plastic, I did it in an L shape and it worked well. Fully expanded right away. By bedtime about 4 hours later I made the bed up and jumped in. Pure bliss! I bought the 10in FIRM and it is firm but not like sleeping on the floor, it is a comfortable level. Tonight I will put the foam topper on it to compare and report back if I think it needs to be updated. Worth the money, really well made, no smell. My rating is an 8 LOL ... show more

This mattress has improved my sleep after only two nights. I haven't been woken by pain in the two nights I have slept on it. Easily opened packaging. Loved how fast it decompressed. I was worried buying a mattress from Amazon being that there’s so many options and I was unsure how I’d like it and if it would be bad quality , but I was so stressed and wanted to get one more expensive to ease my mind but ultimately decided that I just needed a mattress to last me a year at least and I went with the cheapest one which was this one , very very impressed and content, no smell and super comfy and even has good edge support I was expecting the edge to collapse completely like some people make it seem but it holds me up and I’m 240lbs so this is great I’d definitely buy this again (full size bed btw ) ... show more

This bed was very convenient and affordable. Reasonable delivery time . I love that it came rolled up in a box wasn't hard to unravel. You have to let it air for a couple days for it to take it's full shape and firmness. I love this bed because it is semi firm. Makes for a very comfortable sleep.

Ok so I read all of the reviews on this bed & I did NOT expect it to be this good!! Let me start from the beginning. Upon delivery, yes it was heavy as heck to handle but did I still drag it through my apartment with a newborn? Yep. Don’t recommend that AT ALL, it says team lift for a reason lol. I had to get the job done though! Anyways, getting it out the box was a task doing it alone (again TEAM LIFT or you’ll be sweating bullets & crying in a corner LOL). The fun part was cutting the plastic off & watching it rise! Ahhhh so satisfying! Definitely didn’t take 48 hours to inflate (more like 48 seconds). I put some new sheets on this bad boy & grabbed a blanket & MAN! Literally the softest bed I’ve ever laid on. Wouldn’t exaggerate. I’ve had my share of “soft” beds & THIS…. ohhhh. I feel like I’m laying on a cloud. It literally melts around your body OMG… Perfect balance between soft & firm. No spring action at all & it’s the perfect height. 100000000/10 recommend! The mattress is exactly how it was described. I'd recommend having at least 2 people when taking it out of the box & cutting the plastic (with the neat razor blade thing that was included) Be quick at getting your old mattress out of the way bc as soon as you cut the plastic it starts to inflate almost as fast as a life raft! Was not expecting a bed in a box to be this comfortable! My son loves it! It is firm yet has a soft feel to it. The Edge is not as sturdy so you can’t get in a habit of sitting on the edge all the time. Definitely worth of money!
