I hope this review helps others with hair like mine! I have pretty thick curly hair, the issue I run into is that my top part is SO MUCH thicker than the bottom. (As you can see in the pics) I wanted something to add a couple inches and help even put the thickness throughout. I got the 16” and it’s perfect (even the color match) it looks so natural, but still such a big difference

The bad news: this product was hard to use and no matter how I tried to blend the hair, it looked mullet like. It was a waste of money for me, very disappointed. The good news: customer service is excellent and immediately reached out to make it right. They offered to send clip ins at no charge. They asked what color I wanted, I said 1b. Unfortunately when the clip ins came, they were the wrong color. Customer service asked me for a pic, then print r me a label to send them back for a replacement. It took me a bit to get them sent back because I am busy and I never heard from them again. You may have better results, but this is an honest opinion - it wasn't a good experience for me.

The hair is good quality. The color I picked was slightly warmer than my natural but it was easy to tone with a bit of purple conditioner. I also trimmed the prices around my face for a better blend. My natural hair is shoulder length with layers.
