I purchased this to hold my new phone--it just barely fits, with no room to spare in length, but there is room to fit my driver's license, a couple of credit cards and a few other small things inside when I don't want to be bothered with carrying a large purse. First, let me say that I am WILD for Frye and therefore likely very biased in this review, but I love this little casual clutch. I am someone who carries an ENORMOUS bag usually - I have a young child with food allergies and sensory issues, so I'm always carrying Benadryl and Epipens and safe snacks and the like. So I'm usually toting what some would consider a carry-on. This, I carry when I'm going out childless, just need my license some cash/cards and a lipstick. It won't hold my phone - about an inch too small for 5.5 inch screen - but I wouldn't put my phone in it even if it fit, though I know some women want that. The leather is of course gorgeous - rough-looking and thick and loaded with Frye character and quality. Zipper is smooth, slots for 4 cards inside, roomy single interior. I would have liked it if the interior fabric was a lighter color to make seeing things a bit easier - not sure why all manufacturers haven't figured that out yet. Super cute. Great quality. Perfect size. Plus it’s Frye. Do I need to say more? I bought this for my 16 yr old niece as a Christmas gift. She doesn’t always carry a purse, but needs to have something for ID, bank card, and a little cash. It has at least 2 maybe 3 card slots and will hold cash and keys easily. It will not hold any phone. I don’t think it would any phone that has been released in the last several years, but if you are like my niece you are most comfortable with your phone in your back pocket. Like all other Frye products this is a quality piece worth every penny. Will recommend, and probably pick myself up one in beige! ... show more

I wrestled with buying myself this. I went through all the arguments in my mind about the more sensible things I could buy with $70. I decided I work hard, buy myself the dang wallet! It was delivered while I was away and when my mom saw it, of course she told me how much she would enjoy having the wallet. Oy vey!
