These boots are so much more than I was expecting. Super comfortable on the very first wear. Great arch support. Look beautiful and much more expensive than they are. I couldn’t be happier! I usually wear a 7, ordered a 7 1/2 based on reviews. I think I would have been fine with the 7, but now I can wear really thick socks with them and have no issues. I really love Frye and Co. I wanted to love these so much, but they have the widest calf. They flap and make the most unflattering sound if you are not wearing tights/hose. I wore them with just socks and was so embarrassed--- so no wearing them with short dresses or shorts unless you wear a long sock. Even with socks under wide leg jeans--- such flapping. ... show more

Funny enough, I returned these boots. Not because I didn’t like them, I was trying to order a new size of the harness boots and ended up ordering these instead. Stupid me! If it wasn’t for me needing the other boots I would’ve kept these. The green color is gorgeous, the leather is so soft, they also were surprisingly comfortable too.
