Edit: The company reached out and fully refunded our purchase with great professionalism and sincerity. They updated their advertising to reflect the new information promptly and reached out without hesitation. I would happily work with this seller again to find something that works for us! 100/10! My great grandma has a Motomotion Senior chair and this remote does absolutely nothing when plugged in. It's not even wired backwards... the only button to do anything is the top left. When touched, it will light up but has no function. Any other button doesn't even light when touched. This was unuseful for our needs. ... show more

While the remote works the buttons were incorrect up=down Down=up etc this is very confusing for an elderly person

Remote is wired wrong . The two functions are opposite from original , take some getting use to but works ok .
