Best tight gap clips for composite deck boards

I have spent hours and hours researching deck spacing clips trying to find something in the 1/8 inch spacing instead of the 1/4 inch spacing for Deckorator composite decking boards. The vast majority of the clips are 1/4 inch with screws that show between the boards. I tried one brand that advertised a 3/32 inch space, but the clips were too wide when fitting into the grooves of the boards and did not allow the proper gapping. So I tried this FRUH German design and it worked perfectly. The 1/8 inch gapping is a much nicer look and the screws do not show between the boards. WILLL NOT HOLD YOUR BOARDS OVER TIME WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

I have being building decks for 20 years thought this product would be a time saver I have never being so wrong, this is horrible, the screws are tinny, they will never hold deck boards over time. Specially in the north east with freezing and thawing. Look at the picture! And if you try to use a bigger screw the head will block the next board to fit it the groove, so you have to bend every clip to compensate, This is a nightmare I have 1,000 sq foot deck to build. after just 20 sqft and 2hs fighting with this system I gave up. Now the kicker, which I didn't knew when I bought them, is that they give you only 30 days to ask for a return. I bought this in advance to make sure I had all the materials ready to go for the client and I only started to build a day after the "return date" expired! The Trex size

Not enough screws, not long enough, poor customer service.

Limited # of screws, cant find longer screws, or buy ones that fit at a hardware store. Emailed company twice asking for guidance or a link to buy more screws or longer screws and did not get a reply. Would have just gone with the camo system or another clip system with recessed holes in the clips.
