We ordered design 9. Everything was as expected except the “Est.” was not printed on the glass as it was presented in the descriptions and previews. So we have what now appears to be a random 4 digit number at the bottom of the design instead of what was intended to be the date of the family’s founding. Not sure if it was a one off mistake or if the previews of the design were incorrect. A relatively minor issue but I was disappointed as I liked the addition of the Established date and was expecting it to be clearly expressed as such. ... show more

This was supposed to be a gift. However, due to the poor quality, I cannot give this as a gift and feel good about it. The box was engraved, but it looked as if it were engraved by a child.
