I am 6' tall, 220 lbs., and wear a size 11 men's shoe, and I purchased the size 11 Frogg Toggs Bootfoot waders, which fit perfectly to allow me sufficient extra room to get the waders on and off. Yes, there is extra space in the boot, but it allows you to wear heavy socks to keep your feet warm and comfortable in the cold water of the pond or stream. I just got these and spent the whole weekend in them. They are very comfortable and warm even in the cold water. The fit is very good. I do find the legs a bit long, so if you are very tall for your shoe size they will probably fit just fine. Also if you have a big gut my guess would be that they will also still fit fine. I typically wear a size 10 1/2 shoe, and these size 11 boot fit nice. I definitely have room for big wool socks though they don't feel loose with regular socks. The boots seem much warmer than my insulated rubber boots. The boot grip seems to be great on bottom and rocks etc. and the velcro straps are very handy and seem high quality. Time will tell how long they will last but they certainly seem to be very good quality. ... show more

These are my first pair of waders. I tried to buy a pair at bass pro shop, however they only had a few styles and sizes available. These Frogg Toggs seemed like a good option after I read reviews of other brands and wanted to spend about 100 bux. I'm 6' 1" and weigh 225lbs and wear a size 13. My inseam is 32. The boot fit is good. They have a little Xtra room if you want to wear thicker socks. They come with a long inseam which is over 36 inches. Consequently they are very baggy for me. Listing on Amazon stated 600gr Thinsolate boots, They only have 200gr, as FroggToggs website lists. Fit is tall for shorter people (shorter than 6') as are many other brands of waders I have worn. I find the the Velcro straps unique and very easy to use, especially when your fingers are cold. Just pull the D-rings to undo, no trying to pinch a buckle. Very comfortable to wear for New England's spring and fall, I'll stay with my 5mil waders for the winter months. The seams look to be well done. I know all waders will leak I usually get a couple of years or about 150 hours of wear before leaks get too bad for repair. My hobby of metal detecting puts more of a strain on the waders compared to the stress that duck hunting or fishing would subject the waders to. ... show more

Ive had these waders for about 4yrs now. I use them heavily during salmon season. After almost 4yrs of use, it started to develop small leaks in the feet and got a big tear in the crotch area that is unfixable. For the money and how much i got out of them, it was a great buy and will be purchasing another pair asap. If your looking for cheqp waders that are comfortable, durable and cheap.
