    • Oven shuts off due to overheating at desirable cooking temps

I bake bread and pizza and often use the oven at over 450F. At anywhere near 500F, let alone the 550 mark the oven will shut off due to overheating and will not come back on until the temp drops substantially. Forget about any timed cooking process!
