The oil have enhanced everything I have used it with. Delicious taste, very handy bottle with beautiful design and colors. Love it drizzled over cubed avocados and hard cooked eggs with Bragg’s multi seasoning sprinkled. Great for dipping ciabatta when mixed with rich fig balsamic vinegar and herb salt mixture. Tastes fresh on home baked bread and on salads. Has a nice full bodied flavor. Added plus, the container is attractive and serviceable. I couldn't locate a press date (just a best by date) and that would have been appreciated in the world we live in.
