In the product listing, these gym rings are identified as “Professional Gymnastic Rings, Both for Adults and Kids”. I ordered them to attach to a swing set for my toddler granddaughter, and for that purpose, I think they will work well. The grip is sized more for a child’s hands, being smaller in diameter than is comfortable for my adult female hands. The webbing seems to be quite strong and is attached to metal buckles which also seem to be strong. There are also square rings that need to be attached which are a relatively thin, bendable plastic, but for their purpose, per the product illustrations and instructions, they may be strong enough. If not, they can be replaced with ones that are stronger. To install, the instructions show the lengths of webbing going around a horizontal rod. If installing on a wood swing set, that means the webbing would go around the top wood beam. Over time, I think that will wear the webbing and cause it to eventually break from rubbing on the edges of the beam. Adapting the installation with the purchase of some hardware will take care of that issue. Over all, I think that my toddler will have lots of fun and get some good exercise and skill development with these gym rings, however, I cannot recommend them for adults. ... show more

I have a home gym that my boys always see me working out on, and they’re always asking for me to put them up on the pull up bar. I’ve added this set of hand rings for them to hold onto, and they love doing it. Easy to use and the kids have a blast.

These are okay. A bit smaller than I had anticipated. My son is 6, and I don’t know that he will have much use out of them. Either way; they do feel sturdy and the nylon straps a bit thin.
