There is a design flaw with the nozzles as they are not a twist and lock, but rather held together by simply squeezing the pieces together. This causes the nozzle to occasionally pop off during use. The title states “4.0 HP” but I believe this is incorrect as I own another brand name dog dryer advertising 3.4 HP, and they are equal in strength. The foam on the hose for gripping also slides down. Lastly, it has cheaper sticker “on/off” labels that can be peeled off instead of engraving. —-EDIT UPDATE—— Seller eventually refunded the money but only after I contacted Amazon support twice to complain and their team instructed her to process the return immediately or face consequences. I emailed her 5 times prior.

This dryer have a good blower what’s make me time saver. I have a golden retriever and with regular dryers I spent about one hour to drying my dog, but with this super dryer 20 minutes is enough. The bought this and was very happy the way it looked. Started using it and a month later the motor stopped working. I asked for return. Brought the heavy blow dryer to post office and paid extra $50 just to send it back. Never saw my money for the original purchase. It’s now been more then 2 months. Will highly NOT recommend this product and this seller.

I groom my three poodles myself and I was tired of using my own hair dryer, so I invested a little and got this and I am so happy I did. Blows really hard and air flow is adjustable. Also has heat that is adjustable and gets pretty hot. Multiple attachments and easy to use. Happy with my purchase.

The heat setting is VERY hot. Wish the black handle piece was on the entire tube because it can burn a little when holding for a long time. I’m a professional dog groomer, had this for one week now. Excellent! Blew out the undercoat of a cattle dog mix breed and dries in almost the same amount of time as the K9 dryer for a large doodle. So far so good!
