The bedding portion of the house didn't last long with my dog. I emailed customer service and they sent me a completely new house for free. They responded very quickly and I had the replacement like 3 days after the first email was sent!

I’m using this dog shelter without the bed. My fur babies hate doing their business in the rain. I wanted something sturdy to keep the rain off them while they went about their business. I’ve anchored the frame so it won’t blow away and used bungee cords to secure the cover since I’m not using the bed (the cover attaches to the bed) My brother called it a POOP TENT… I called it a PEETEE. My 5 dogs love it from my boxer mix down to my chihuahuas. I use it indoors so couldn't tell you if it is weatherproof. My dogs are always cold and wanting to cover up under blankets so bought this to block out some of the cold air and put a dog bed inside of it and their blankets so they can stay even warmer. Was for the most part easy to put together took about 10mins. If you need to clean inside of it you just unstrap the velcro on the sides and your good to go. I bought the medium size one which is plenty big for the size of dogs I have which is 50lbs and under. I need to get a 2nd one they prefer to sleep in the tent over the toddler bed now haha. ... show more

We have an indoor dog who had to stay outside kenneled for a few days. This worked great as we can take it down. It did rain while we were away and it seemed to stay fairly dry. One of the velco parts was missing in the front which is why it didn't get a 5.

    • Fall apart before 2 months of use
The bottom beds fell apart after almost 2 months of using them. I got one for each dog and both fell apart around the same exact time. I reached out to the company for a replacement and they said they can’t send one.
