My son is in a 4T and I ordered the small. It arrived on time and fits as I expected based on the size chart in the description. It is perfect for a costume. The helmet is lightweight plastic and does have foam inside. I also have a 4T shirt and pj bottoms over to show the size of the pants is the same length just a little bigger in waist. The jersey is bigger but it's a jersey so we are very pleased with this purchase. Ours did not arrive with the iron on numbers nor a chin strap. I emailed customer service and they are sending a replacement. I will update review once it is received. UPDATE. The replacement order arrived in two days and has the chin strap and iron numbers for a complete set. We are super happy with customer service and the deluxe helmet uniform set. (Even if I'm not the Packer fan of the family. lol go cowboys!)

I may be premature in writing this review as it is a Christmas gift for my 5 year old son. BUT I was worried about the sizing because I didn't see anything specifying if it was for small boys (toddler/ children) or more of youth sizes. The reviews led me to believe it was for smaller children. I ordered the small for my 5 year old. He is 42 inches, just shy of 40 pounds... So long/ skinny guy. I opened it yesterday and it looks like it will fit him PERFECT! It felt like a great quality material, and the helmet is super nice! For the price, this is beyond what I would expect! He is going to love this! UPDATE: a year later and this still fits my now 6 year old, 48 inch, 45 pound son AND it is holding up really well!

I was worried it was going to be to small. I read all the reviews and I couldn't find anyone that was close to my daughters size so I took a chance. Worse case its only one day. I got an XLG my daughter is 12, 140lb, 5'4" and to my surprise she fit it. The pants are a little tight bit she wears the jersey off and one on the weekends she loves it. They really need to make more sporty type things for older girls. My daughters not small or girly and she just made the basketball team. She loves sports.

My son is 7 years old, 4 feet and 52 lbs, and I bought him the size SMALL and it was a perfect fit!!! He wore it on Halloween 2016 and has been wearing it pretty much everyday since then, lol. He even slept wearing it one entire night! He absolutely loves it, looks super cute, and it is so comfy. I have washed it once and it held up great. I machine washed it cold, but did not put it in the dryer, I just let it air dry. Ironing the number on the back was a little bit difficult and took longer than expected, but it was so worth it. The end result came out great! I followed the instructions for ironing the number that came with the costume but it took me way longer than the instructions said it would. The time it took to do it was the only difference (it took me 3 times as long as it said it would), but everything else that the instructions said was exactly what I did. My son got a LOT of compliments when he wore it for Halloween and the other day he wore it just to go grocery shopping with me and he got lots of attention from shoppers at the the grocery store! People were asking where I got it and they thought it was so cool (especially the helmet!).

First off I would totally give a 5 star if I did not have any issues. This is a five star gift just to be clear. So FYI this runs small my son is 8 and little for his age and the pants look like they can fit a 4 year old so beware go bigger better big than small. Okay so this set is official my son is going to love it if I ever get my issue fixed. Here is my issue I received this package and it was so small definitely was not going to fit my son the shirt yes but it would not have lasted long so, okay no problem I can send it back and get another so I did. Now when I got the first one it was in its original package which I was happy for because I’m paying for it and it should come packaged. It’s a Christmas gift so wrapping it would be easy as it’s in a original Philadelphia eagles box which made it looks so much nicer so anyways I called amazon and they sent me out a replacement which I got the very next day but my happiness turned into disappoinment it was placed in a cardboard box not in its original package just thrown in a box and it looked used. I was not very happy so I called amazon yet again and explained my situation so now I will be getting another one in the mail. I decided to write a review because I’m a little frustrated as Christmas is right around the corner and this will now be the 3rd time I just hope it comes the right way this time. I will re-post once I get the replacement in.

My son loves this uniform! We ordered the Medium since large wasn't available. My son is almost 10, tall but slim. He's about 55 inches tall and weighs 60 lbs. The uniform fits great. The pants are plenty long to look like real uniform pants, and there is lots of room in the shirt. Although I would have liked to order a large so he'd have room to wear it a few years, he will easily get a year or so out of this. He LOVES it, and although we ordered it for Halloween he has been wearing it every day throwing the football out in the yard. We had this same type uniform (just NFL) when he was little and he wore it until I had to hide it because it was so tiny on him. I am sure this one will last just as long.

I got this for my little nephew for Christmas. With costumes for Halloween being so expensive (and 99.9% of them only getting one use), I wanted a costume for him to have that he can enjoy all year. My sister wasn’t even looking for clothes on Amazon for him until she saw this. I wasn’t sure I wanted to spend so much money on a T-shirt and pants that look like something you can buy at a department store. But I saw the patches and helmet that came with it. I figured with the shirt he can decide whether he wants to leave the back plain or add one of the numbers to support a favorite player. For holiday gift clothes for a five-year-old this was one of his favorites. The one complaint that I have: if this is considered a costume, why aren’t other items such as shoulder pads, plush football and other accessories not available in this pack? For the price tag I wouldn’t buy it again. But if other accessories were included and price dropped some, then yes I would buy again.
