Definitely not Franco Sarto. I’ve been buying this brand for 20 years and the quality is impeccable, the leather always gives it away. These are THE BEST boots. I was a bit uncertain about how comfortable they would be, the footbed is relatively thin. I nearly didn’t keep them. I’m super picky about shoes being comfortable and don’t have the tenacity to break them in. But they are Franco Sarto….and I should have known I’d love them. The leather is so soft and whatever magic is going on with the footbed makes them comfortable all day. No break in. I have worn them every day this week. I’m picking outfits so I can wear them. I would say I have relatively narrow feet and they fit close to the sides of my feet. So if you have wide feet, be warned. I normally order 7.5 and that was perfect. Love this shoe - the leather is super soft and very comfortable to wear from day one. Love the look of the square toe, and it's the main reason the shoe is very comfy I'd say. Thinner leather, so does wrinkle (as some other reviews have said) but I don't mind , as I like it that way - wasn't wanting thick/stiff leather. Looks fashionable with jeans or nice pants.
