I initially ordered these in my true size 7. When they arrived I was able to fit my foot in the shoe with no socks on. The shoe was very tight around the width of my foot. The back of my heel touched the back of the shoe more snuggly than I wanted. I went out on a limb and ordered a 7.5 shoe that was considered "Used very good condition" because I didn't want to give up on the boot as it's very beautiful and was the exact aesthetic I was searching for for a while! This was the right choice! I'm glad I sized up the half size and it helped in the tightness as well. I don't know if they were previously used and if that contributed to the less tight feeling, but they looked like they were in great condition. Probably just a return from someone else. I recommend this shoe but just be careful with sizing. In the previous pair I did have the zipper issue as many other people have expressed as well. But with this new pair they seem to glide better. I guess it's just a manufacturing issue. But very nice shoes and great soft leather.

I’m so glad that I purchased this boot for a couple reasons. First the boot is real nice leather and the color was what I had been searching for. Before ordering, I read every review. Armed with reviews, I now wear a size 8 boot due to an injury. I decided to go up a half size to allow for socks and an insert. I’m so glad that I did. Again the color Wine/ Burgundy is spot on and the boots are very comfortable. I wanted a boot that can hold up to the many different weather conditions and this boot covers that. I highly recommend purchasing this boot. FYI this brand is quality of a ten out of ten.

Loved the boots. Super comfortable on the foot but too tall. Almost 18”. The back of the boot hit the back of the knee and if squatting the back would pinch my skin. Really nice not otherwise.

These are beautiful and luxurious boots, very comfortable. Unfortunately they came up over my knees and had to go back. I’m 5’3” and you’d need to have very long legs for these to look good.

These boots are very nice quality but ordered wide and they did not fit like they were wide. I also have thin legs so even the regular size boot was much to wide for my leg, I could put my whole hand, with it partially balled up, in the boot after zipping it. I was also very surprised at how tall they were. The front hit in the center of my knee and the back were in the fold of my knee which would have been very annoying to me. So, if you have thicker calves and more narrow feet and maybe longer legs you will love these. If not, well…I’ll have to keep looking!

This is a very nice boot. Nice smooth leather. A little tight across the top of the foot but I not worried about that since they are leather and will stretch a little as I break them in. they are also a little hard to zip since the zipper is located on the back instead of the side. I got the wide calf, but now kind of regret not getting the regular because they are WIDE!!! I checked the stats first, but it was so borderline for me.
