Book is very helpful. But I need one suggestion. Do you guys think the calculations on the last paragraph are correct? Don't you think thr under line 1,000,000 option pool should be 500,000 in this example.

Steve has done it again. This is another incredibly useful book on a topic seldom covered. Really easy to read and understand. I wish I had had these books in business school!
