    • Love this smart watch!
Pros: Easy to set up. Everything works very well and there wasn't a learning curve. I like the phone/email features. I like the activity features mostly. It's pretty. The band is comfortable. It's easy to read, but you can choose many faces and some of them are not easy to read. Don't choose those. It's very easy to charge. It takes less than an hour to charge from 20% to 100% Cons: The watch band, while comfortable and pretty, is a bit awkward to get on my wrist. It'll take some getting used to. I haven't figured out a good way to get it on yet. It doesn't measure stair flights like my Fitbit did. But it seems pretty accurate on steps, sleep, activity time. I haven't had a chance to really check it all out yet. But the heart rate is nice too. It needs to be charged in the evening and again in the morning. My old Fitbit Blaze held a charge for days, but I usually topped it off every 24 hours. This one won't go that long. I get it to 100% first thing in the morning and by 7 pm it's down to 20-30% and needs another charge. I don't have it on all the time and I've set the brightness pretty low. But it still drains pretty fast. By morning, even without using it except to monitor sleep and look at it if I wake up, it's under 50% by the time I get up. So I charge it to 100% while I'm taking a shower. Fortunately, it does charge fast. Overall: I still love it! ... show more

I was originally going to send the watch back. Day 1 the battery lasted only 6 hours. User error. Manufacturer advises battery life setting options. I didn't pay attention. I had all 108 aps on my phone set to alert on my watch. That's what drains the battery. Once I got the correct settings the battery lasts all day into the night. The watch is amazing. It has so many features, options etc. The band stays in place even through arm slinging zumba moves! I can clearly talk through it. Replying to text messages through the keyboard is easy. Love it! So glad I didn't return it. Now the screen did lock up once. Just like any computer, simple restart resolved that. Accurate bpm, sleep monitoring, steps. Wonderful watch face options. Sometimes my watch alerts me of messages before my phone by a good half second. Love that I don't need to pick up my phone to interact. Well worth the cost. ... show more

    • Beautiful watch, but charger could be better quality
I love my watch, I am so happy I got it. It was working nicely until I could no longer charge the watch, I couldn't understand why and it happened 2 days after my closing window. I love it so much that even if it wasn't working because I had no charge on it I still continued to wear it anyways because of how gorgeous it looks. So in hopes to fix this,, I started searching for answers and reviews and noticed some were having the same issue, so I went ahead and asked to see if anyone came up with a solution if any. I also decided to buy an additional charger cord to see if that was the case, and guess what?! That was the solution, I needed another charging cable, ugh...the original charging cable died off! My charging cables came in today, I solved the problem! Im very happy it wasn't the actual watch itself. Thankfully, I have my watch gaining its charge life back and soon ready to be at my service again! Lol ...Love my watch, love my watch, love my watch! Can't say it enough lol Something else...battery life eh not the greatest but ok, you would need to deactivate certain features so that it could last longer but then again it would completely beat its purpose. Would also be very nice if the company would create on the mobile app and option to be able to use our own images and or photos on the watch, that would be an additional awesome plus bonus to have. ... show more

This was nicer than I expected. The battery lasts longer if you put it on extended battery. If you yet tons of messages and notifications all day your battery won't last long. Make sure you check your settings and only check the most important notifications only. Super good purchase for the value and I love the color and the shape and it fits nicely on my wrist ... show more

I have now had my watch for a year now and I freaking love it! I hate square screens and the circle screen is amazing! It is not heavy at all. If your not used to wearing watches it will take time to get used too. It also looks super cute with bracelets if your doing a night out! The battery literally lasts all day. I charge it every night regardless if it needs it or not. I have had zero issues with it. Super easy to use. Texting isn't as bad as other reviews have said, I promise its not, you can use keyboard or draw your replys. I do not sleep with it on because that's common sense, so the sleeping thing that's on it I have never used. Fitness tracker is pretty awesome on it if your into that! The app is super easy to use which is a bonus. You can also download soooo many backgrounds for it as well as they have some on the app too, you also get updates for it as well, you can also use other background apps for this watch that links to the regular app! I made a photo collage of my kids and you can switch out pictures its really cool. Play around with the app it helps navigate alot. READ DIRECTIONS AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY. Ive noticed noone on here followed them before using it and wrote bad reviews..common sense..just sayin. Also you can change the band out youtube has amazing videos to help step by step with that.
