I bought this to replace my old Fossil wallet and to say that it's a cheaper version is not enough. It is a lot smaller, it is poorly crafted with glue and cheap materials. It can't hold my CC cards in the slots and work IDs and still close. Meaning the slots provided have 1 card in each slot and there is 0 money but the wallet will not close AT ALL. I can't imagine trying to put money in it. It reminds me of a toy wallet for kids, not a Mans high capacity wallet with all real leather for nearly 50 bucks as advertised. I am incredibly dissapointed as I needes a new wallet after having my old fossil wallet for 5 years and just now replacing due to the plastic tearing from heat and extreme use where it holds the IDs. I dont know if it was this company or just the seller but I can say for sure you should NOT buy this wallet.

I have to wonder if the critical reviews here were actually for this wallet. It is stitched, not glued, together. It came in very attractive packaging including a metal case with the Fossil brand embossed. (That makes it ready for gifting.) I don’t care about RFID shielding, but I see no such claim in the descriptive material. It is the same size as every tri-fold wallet I have ever had — not a tad bit smaller. It is certainly not child size. I have 12 cards — credit, debit, store loyalty, insurance, membership, plus a driver license and 11 bills in it. It folds to about an inch thick without gaping open. How much thinner could a tri-fold be? On the plus side it is very attractive, seems to be well made, and folds easily to pocket size even as loaded as I have it. Time will tell about durability, but I am more than satisfied so far.

I bought this for my teenaged son. It was time for a nicer wallet. He loves it, it's a nice leather and has just enough slots for his cards and ID with plenty to spare. It also is a lot more durable than I would have imagined. He left it in his jeans one day and it went right through a hot cycle. (Not the dryer thankfully) He laid it open and when it dried (less than 2 days but it was warmer at the time) he put his stuff back in and you can't even tell it was washed! Has a little more character to it of course but it still looks fantastic. I highly recommend this one.

I order this for my partner since our anniversary is coming up, they love this brand and had a wallet for years and I want to gift it since I know they don’t usually buy themselves gifts. The wallet looks good quality but I feel like when they managed the product it wasn’t with much care since the walled has a bit of details and the aluminum box itself has some scratches too. My partner is very easy going and won’t care about it but I wish it was handled with more care since it was gift, anyways... it’s a good wallet and I’m keeping it. I attached photos of the details so you keep it in mind if you’re gifting it to someone more picky.

Nice leather, brown color is good, seems well made. My last Fossil wallet has lasted me about 11 years. Look at my order, and you'll see "Fossil Men's Leather RFID BlockingTrifold Wallet". Everything else listed on this wallet says it is NOT RFID blocking. While I would have preferred the feature, I won't send it back for that, but thought Amazon might like to straighten out that small error.

It is well made .The main problem I have is though there are 3 slots for cards in two of the folds, the cards in the two folds end up in front of each other.. So you have dig through them to see which card you want. Yoo cant see it at a glance and go directly to it. All you see is the very first card.

I finally replaced my old Fossil trifold after several years. I absolutely loved it and it was very durable. I love the new one also but miss the storage space behind the credit card slots. The good part is I got rid of some things that I really didn't need to carry, making it a little thinner and lighter.

I have been looking for a billfold that would hold all the stuff (money, tickets and/or receipts and coupons, etc. that would fit into my purse without taking up a lot of room. I am using the billfold and find it is just the right size, to slide into my purse unfolded which makes it easy to remove what I need to. I would recommend it to anyone who has a lot of credit cards, ID cards, insurance cards, etc. and needs several pockets to put items in. I have carried it since I got it and it is not showing wear and tear.
