I've bought many flatware sets that simply don't work! You put them on the edge of your plate, and they fall to the floor en route to the kitchen. These are very well-balanced and look fabulous on the table. We bought these after using them in a lovely AirBnB rental. We love the modern look of the black finish. The finish can wear around the edges, but not as badly as other reviewers indicate. Perhaps it is because we don't have a dishwasher! We wash them by hand. One downside is guests have mistakenly thrown them away because they are accustomed to seeing the black plasticware we use for large parties. Summary: Amazon keeps on sending me sets with an engraved logo on the salad fork while the rest of the pieces do not have any logo. — I like the design so much. And it’s a good quality flatware. It’s modern, simple, and elegant. It has the perfect weight—not too light, and not too heavy at the same time. I already have two sets of this flatware. Both without any engraved logo in all pieces. These utensils are high quality and set a very nice table for everyday and guests. I initially ordered the brushed finish but then switched to the shiny - soooooo much better! Super nice Arezzo from Fortessa. I ordered enough for 8 settings and of these only 2 pieces were slightly marred. Amazon quickly arranged for Fortessa to replace them. All happy here! ... show more

This flatware is the first in my life that I've actually "daydreamed" about. Up until now, dinnerware/eating utensils have just been mostly un-special and unnoticed to me. I first saw this at a Mexican Restaurant. They had just the forks in a container at all of the tables. When I saw it (in gold) I was blown away by how simple, beautiful and HEAVY they were. I had to have the whole set. I wrote down the brand etched in the handle then went back home and searched online until finally I found them. They may be pricey but these are priceless, in my opinion. I bought two sets of six in both the rose gold and brushed gold. These are heirlooms and will be handed down. I love this flatware so much! ... show more

These are sturdy and weighty. I have a few other pieces from the same brand/make. They ALL have the stamp on the inside of the various pieces. These didn't come with a stamp. 🤔
