The media could not be loaded. I love this as much as one can love a toilet paper holder. I am transitioning to brushed gold in my remodeled bathroom and this looks great. I thought installing was super easy if you use the template and provided instructions. It fits an oversized roll great and makes switching out super easy while looking classier than a single sided one.
