EDITED: Customer service reached out to me and sent a new one to my son. They were extremely kind and professional and I will certainly buy from them again. The chain literally broke in half after wearing it twice. So disappointing.

The product broke on my the first day. The chain latch hook and surrounding hooks are all cheezy. I treated it right and still just popped off and no way to put it back. Very fragile and cheeply out together. The compass emblem part is cool but its of no use.
