UPDATE: 8 months later these are still going strong. I never take them off. Have not turned any weird color, lost a gem or a gem lost their sparkle. These are definitely a great buy! ————— I absolutely love these! I’ve had these piercings for a while but was not happy with the jewelry I had access to, until these. I wear my hair up a lot and was tired of having these long post sticking out, ruining my ear party look... These are the 4mm length post/bar and they are perfect length for my cartilage and my tragus (everyone’s ear is different). I’ve included a kind of blurry picture for you to see how the look from behind. They sit right on your skin but don’t feel tight. My skin is a bit swollen because I just got them on like 10 mins ago. If I don’t update this review in the next few days then you can assume these are still going good. Now..... Be ready for a challenge! It took me 1.5 hrs to get these on. I initially lost one gem because it fell to the floor, then immediately lost the other, spent some time kneeled on the floor with a flash light, found them, cut my nails, struggled for another 30 minutes or so and then finally got them both on. Once I got my cartilage one on then I figured out the tragus one faster. They are tiny (see pictured compared to the 6mm long post/bar I was wearing), but if you are looking for minimal jewelry yet femenine, these are definately it! Worth the hassle and all. You could go to a piercer but with the pandemic I did not feel like having people touch my face. ... show more

I bought the 18G 6mm labret studs which is the perfect length for the tragus piercing. There’s enough wiggle room so that the stud isn’t tight against your ear, but the bar is small enough to not get in the way or cause discomfort when you have headphones in. The head is a little small and screwed on very tightly, but I used a pair of tweezer to unscrew the head. It would be easier if you had another pair of hands to help you put the jewelry in, but I did it on my own. I would definitely recommend you or your friend having very short nails, otherwise it would be really hard to grip the head and successfully install the stud. I have really sensitive ears but this stud has not caused any irritation or inflammation. Overall I’m really happy with the look and functionality of the stud. Would buy again! ... show more

This is the worst nose ring I have ever had. It is microscopic! You cannot use your fingers to screw it in, because it is too small to get any leverage. And I am a petite person with small hands. If you buy this, make sure you put a towel or a sheet down when attempting to put it in/on, because you will drop it. Many times. I was finally able to screw it in using tweezers and a magnifying mirror, only to have the damn thing fall out a few weeks later. I enlisted help to put it in the second time, but they too needed to use tweezers. That was less than a week ago and it fell out again. This was a waste of money. It looks like I’ll be going to my local piercing place and spending more, but at least it will work! ... show more

Alright! Here is the lowdown on these bad boys. I want to rate 5 stars but I feel anyone who isn’t ready to take on the challenge that comes with these needs to just go to their piercer and buy jewelry from them and put it in for them. I’m used to putting in nose jewelry into my triple forward helix but was tired of them always falling out. So I had been looking for close to a year on fairly priced 18g labret jewelry that came in a set of 3 for less than $20. Amazon saved me. If you know anything about jewelry, an 18g labret is small. I seemed to forget that and enter my hour and a half long struggle to put these in. Don’t get me wrong, putting the actual post in was as easy as putting your socks on. The tiny, tiny, head that screwed in was as hard as my ex trying to please me. I ended up using tweezers and twisting my ear in crazy directions to put it in. If you go to a piercer, 110% they won’t have as many problems as I did but I’m cheap and determined. I included a picture. Don’t mind my dry skin or the weird angle the top piercing is at due to some idiot that can’t pierce right and yes since I was used to having 20g jewelry in, my ear is a bit inflamed and angry at me with the slightly larger jewelry. They look great once they’re in!!! Just be prepared for a struggle as they are tiny. ... show more

Update: Gem fell out and in my attempts to get it back in, it fell and now is lost on my floor. I cannot find it and I’m too frustrated to look further. Oh well. It was amazing while it lasted. I’m going to look for the same style of earring, but with a bigger stone so it’s easier to put in. I’ve been looking for an earring for my cartilage piercing that’s mid-way up my ear for YEARS. I am not one to know the differences between different body jewelries so I wasn’t sure if this would work. I am so happy I took a chance and bought this! It is perfect for my piercing location! I’m just hoping the screw stayed threaded. I’ll update if I have any issues. Seriously I am in love with this earring. It has a small flat back and feels very comfortable in my ear. I also like that it is small, but not invisible. I personally wear small earrings; the hoops I have on are tiny huggies for reference. ... show more

DO. YOUR. RESEARCH! It appeared way smaller than I expected but I measured it with a caliper, then cross referenced it with reviews and the item description, and everything is exactly as they describe it. I ordered the 2mm head with the 4mm post, but forgot to pay attention to what other people purchased when they said it was too long for a nose piercing- turns out they ordered the 8mm, not the 4mm. I thought 4mm would be good since my nostrils are a little thicker, but boy was I mistaken! Also, the STONE is not 2mm like I expected, it’s the whole head, as the item states. Again, my mistake. Read reviews and descriptions thoroughly, don’t make my mistake. I won’t return since they didn’t do anything wrong, I just don’t know what to do with this now unless I get an ear piercing in a thin portion of my ear, which won’t be happening anytime soon. ... show more
