This is better than the smaller sized ones, the 2 mm those are suitable for facial piercings as they are very small, the 4mm and 5 mm are the best for body/ back dermal piercings. The 4 hole base is way better that the regular dermal anchor, as it is flatter, thinner and had more space for the flesh to grow through, securing the anchor better, I bought these to replace my previous traditional dermal bases, no regrets. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These are in no way 14 mm 3 g. They are the size of a pencil point. They look nice. I wish I was able to actually use them. The return window is two days so make sure you are home to check them out and return them as quick as possible if need be.
