They seem to very durable and definitely protect the key from wear and tear. This Tesla Model X Key Fob cover was more classy & attractive than I thought it would be. It’s hard to upgrade Tesla, but this adds a little extra pizazz to the key fob. I purchased because the lighter color makes it easier to find. Super easy to install…no directions necessary. Just snap in the fob and bend the bottom cover around the edges - Viola! Great little screwdriver included to attach the fob to the include leather key chain with clip.

Received it today, and upon opening it i have noticed that the gold trim is already peeling off. (Reference in photos). Disappointed in the quality. Specially given that i have not even used it for it to already be peeling off. I could only imagine the flakes it will leave in my bag or pocket. I will be returning it and purchasing from a different seller.
