My original review is below. I am now changing my rating to 5 stars. The seller reached out to me about the issues that I was having with the case. It seems that I received a case that was somewhat "deformed". The seller was VERY quick to resolve the issue. Not only are they going to send me another case, they also refunded the cost if the first case. These are GREAT cases but I guess that I was the lucky on to receive a bad one. I have other cases from this seller and they all are perfect. Customer Service is TOP NOTCH and I will definitely do business with them in the future. I am only keeping it because it will cost me more in gas than what I paid for the case to return it. I previously ordered this same brand(different color) for my wife's S24+ and it fits perfectly and she loves it. So I decided to order this case for my S24 Ultra. The biggest and really only issue is that I have with this case is the fit on the bottom of the phone. The whole bottom of the case "flaps" around. It is NOT a tight fit like the top and sides. I figure this is because it is made from silicone AND there are so many cutouts which make it VERY FLIMSY on the bottom edge. The screen lip protection on the bottom is non-existent. They need to find a way to "stiffen up" the bottom edge somehow and this case would be a 10. On a positive note, 1. The case fits great everywhere else(other than the bottom). 2. I really like how the case surrounds and protects the camera lenses. 3. The "slimless" of case is great. 4. Color is just what I was looking for. 5. It feels great in the hand. I'll keep it on my phone for now and see how long it lasts BUT I already know that the bottom of the case is going to really bother me knowing there is NO protection. I guess that I need to start looking for a harder plastic slim case to protect this very expensive phone. Too bad because I would have ordered more of them. ... show more

I totally love the color, feel and overall look of this case....I read the reviews and had super high hopes. But the bottom of my case is super loose and is not a tight fit. The rest of the case it great, but the bottom however is just like...stretched out? I notice there's no lining in the bottom like the rest of the case. I drop my phone a lot, so I don't trust using this case bc of this. Super disappointed bc I really love this color and the grippy feel. ... show more

It fits my phone perfectly, protects it well, and it's a very bright slime green so the phone is easy to spot when I sit it down someplace stupid. *Update* After about two weeks of daily use it got sticky and now I can't get it in or out of my pocket. It isn't dirty, it's just too soft. I even tried rubbing corn starch on it but with an hour it was back to being tacky. Some people might prefer the grippiness but I hate it.
