My original review is below. I am now changing my rating to 5 stars. The seller reached out to me about the issues that I was having with the case. It seems that I received a case that was somewhat "deformed". The seller was VERY quick to resolve the issue. Not only are they going to send me another case, they also refunded the cost if the first case. These are GREAT cases but I guess that I was the lucky on to receive a bad one. I have other cases from this seller and they all are perfect. Customer Service is TOP NOTCH and I will definitely do business with them in the future. I am only keeping it because it will cost me more in gas than what I paid for the case to return it. I previously ordered this same brand(different color) for my wife's S24+ and it fits perfectly and she loves it. So I decided to order this case for my S24 Ultra. The biggest and really only issue is that I have with this case is the fit on the bottom of the phone. The whole bottom of the case "flaps" around. It is NOT a tight fit like the top and sides. I figure this is because it is made from silicone AND there are so many cutouts which make it VERY FLIMSY on the bottom edge. The screen lip protection on the bottom is non-existent. They need to find a way to "stiffen up" the bottom edge somehow and this case would be a 10. On a positive note, 1. The case fits great everywhere else(other than the bottom). 2. I really like how the case surrounds and protects the camera lenses. 3. The "slimless" of case is great. 4. Color is just what I was looking for. 5. It feels great in the hand. I'll keep it on my phone for now and see how long it lasts BUT I already know that the bottom of the case is going to really bother me knowing there is NO protection. I guess that I need to start looking for a harder plastic slim case to protect this very expensive phone. Too bad because I would have ordered more of them.

The color was exactly like I thought it would. Other cases I bought in the past didn't look like the same color I chose. Silicone makes it much easier to hold comfortably. I dropped it and the case protected the phone. I would buy it again!

I have bought this case for my last 2 phones. The silicone makes it easier to grip and won't slip out if my hands. Does make it harder to get in and out of a pocket though. I like that it is lightweight and not bulky. It does stain and get dirty easily. But I still like it better than very expensive, bulky, hard cases.

I have bought 2 of these cases because I really like the feel of them, and they don't slide around when placed on a surface. I also love the vibrant colors because if I drop the phone into my purse or on the couch I can easily find it again. Plus the colors are fun! However, the case does not hold up at all. The edges rip, crack and peel. I got my first case in April, and had to get a new one by August/September. My newest one (the neon yellow) already is torn and ripped at the corners. So disappointing.

Product was for my wife's new phone. Handing a hard plastic new phone as well as a hard plastic protective cover is always a threat of slipping out of her hand. She insisted on a bright colored silicone case and this fit the bill perfectly. It fit her phone perfectly.

Can't easily get the phone in & out of your pocket with this "new" soft "sillycon" gel crap cases. Bring back rubber or something else to make the phone slide better in & out of your pockets.
