I love my 2020 Jeep Gladiator but there was no good place to put my left foot. This produce was the perfect solution! It added a dead pedal that was comfortable. For me, the best fit was the lowest setting and all the way to the left. I did add a piece of sticky foam to the back to help isolate from the pedal movement. It attached to that same bracket so I could feel it wiggle when I used the brake. The foam mostly fixed it. It is a great product and seems sturdy and high quality. I like the decorative cutout, too. These are pretty solid and work pretty well. I would have given 5 stars if the adjustment capability for drivers height was better. It adjusts the angle but not really the leg length - that is the only downside. The install is pretty easy - make sure you watch youtube install video. It is easy to assemble on a table/bench and then just install into the vehicle. I had to put it in and out a couple times to figure out which adjusting hole to use for the bolts but overall it was not tough. I also was a little concerned that the bottom of the bracket might dig into my floor mat since the bottom edge does not have a wider flat area to rest on. I put some rubber padding from an exercise mat on the bottom with black tape due to my OCD ha. Not sure how long that will last but it has worked for a couple weeks now. Ordered this because I was driving 18 hours down to Florida, worth every penny and then some. Super easy to install and looks and feels like it came from the factory. Only question is , why isn’t standard on the Jeep Wrangler. Definitely would recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The price is decent and the item itself seems fairly sturdy. I wouldn't push all my weight against it because the support bracket hovers over the floor and doesn't have anything to brace it except for a bolt coming out of the firewall. If you push, it will bend that... so this only for resting your foot and not supporting your weight. My other complaint is that the installation "instructions" basically amounts to: step 1, install the product, step 2, you're done. Go online and search for install videos of similar items and you should be able to figure it out from that. ... show more

Jeep should have put these in when they made the vehicle! It completely changes the level of comfort when on longer drives. The dead pedal is made of high-quality material and was extremely easy to install. I had read that some people had issues with accessing one bolt. Simple solution is to place the bolts into the main body, flip it over while holding the two bolts and then placing the mounting bracket on top and securing with the nuts.
