I am very pleased with this replacement screen. It’s easy to install and comes with all the tools you need. Even has a magnetic mat (with images of the phone and indicators where the screws are located) that you can use to place the screws you remove. Very helpful so you know where each screw goes when putting it back together. Most important thing is to take your time and follow the instruction video step by step. If you have a tray with sides, I would recommend doing this on the tray as the screws a very small and can easily be lost if dropped. Only negative comment is the brightness/colors of the replacement screen are not as good as the original iPhone screen. There is a very slight difference.

I love that it even comes with the SIM card ejector. I did need a thinner tool to get under the screen after heating it but I forgot to try the suction cup. It might have helped. I would recommend once you install, before you close the new screen with the new adhesive that you check to make sure everything works. If the screen is blank at any point when testing it or afterwards, you might have to do a soft reset - volume up, volume down, hold the on/off button down until the Apple logo appears.

I followed the instructional video that was sent and it was reasonably easy to follow, however, upon completion, the screen did not work (it was a black/blank screen) and that made the installation a waste of time. I have worked on phones before so I don't believe it was an error of my own, I even tried reinstalling the screen replacement to make sure I did not have any loose connections but the outcome was the same: blank screen. I contacted customer support for a replacement and I have yet to hear back from them. Personally, I would recommend buying a different brand replacement screen because of the apparent lack of quality control from this manufacturer, save yourself some time and a headache by shelling out a few extra dollars for a screen that works. Update: Amazon sent me a replacement, with expedited shipping which was great. I installed the new screen and it works great, it has no lag, and Touch ID still works (I transferred my original home button over to the new screen). The color of the replacement screen is different from the old screen, it has a much warmer color opposed to the original screens bright white, it reminds me of my old screw on night shift; personally I don’t mind it but I would’ve preferred a brighter screen. Overall for 30 bucks and a few hours of elbow grease I got what I paid for, and I think it was worth both the time and money.

Ill start with the good things about this screen...it was very easy to install! The video that shows how to replace the screen was great and easy to follow. And all the tools the kit comes with is awesome. They provided everything I needed to do the job. It also comes with a screen protector, not just a screen, so that's good also. The only drawback I notice is the quality of the display. The overall quality of the colors on the screen are faded, the best way to describe it is the colors look washed out. The colors just don't pop like the original screen. Also, there is a slight bit of fuzziness to the letters and icons. So overall i'm happy with the product and the fact that I saved alot of money compared to taking it to get repaired.

I have replaced my daughter's phone screen now three times. Out of all three replacements, this one is by far the best. The touch is super sensitive, the color looks good, and it's not glitchy at all. This is the closest that I have found to what the original screen was like. Replacing was easy, as I have had plenty of practice by now! Buy with confidence.

The instructional video was MIA. site didn’t exist when I typed it in, the scan code didn’t work, suction didn’t work (find a better one). Found a YouTube video that walked me through it. Everything fit just fine. My phone looks new. There’s a lag in my ability to text or tap on anything… which is annoyingAF but it’s cheaper than buying a new phone right now. Swipe text works just fine… Not sure thank you can find better quality for this price. Pick your poison. 👍🏽

I can't give this an honest to goodness review. The kit looked great but when I started to take the screws out the drivers didn't fit all the screws. I ended up taking it to the local cell phone repair. I believe I bought this phone refurbished and the repair guy said it looked as if it'd been opened before.
