I’ve replaced this screen once before and the quality of the LCD was lacking compared to this kit. The tools with this kit were also much higher quality excluding the suction cup. The suction cup looks “fancier” but it doesn’t stick to the screen well at all. The screen I was replacing was not cracked, if it was the suction cup wouldn’t of worked all. Other than that this kit was great. The color quality of the LCD is very close to the original screen and also does not drain the battery any differently than the original. Overall great kit for the price.

Works great so far. All screen playback functions work like oem. Not all replacement screens make use of video playback controls. This screen functions as it should. Image quality is never as good as oem with replacements but this screen looks just fine. Great buy and excellent price. Will order an extra. Also it was nice to see the screen packaged in a pouch that guards against static.

Great value and quality for the price. PROS: 1) Great VALUE: $17 compared to >$100 (original $129 as per Apple Estimate. Some vendor even quoted $229) 2) SENSITIVITY: I felt no significant difference in sensitivity to touch. I would say exceptional for price. 3) Kit Content: Great in providing everything you need to install and of really good quality. 4) Installation was not so tough but not really easy. It took me 3 hrs approx to install as I was being very cautious with very small screws and connectors. CONS: 1) No Manual or Instruction booklet with the kit. Suggest Manufacturer to add that. Referring to 3rd party videos in YouTube is not reliable and a bit confusing for user while installing. 2) Missing Proximity Sensor (Attached Photo of old screen): not sure how significantly it will affect. But I believe it should be minimal. Moreover, they didn’t mention anything on this aspect in the product specs. I believe I saw somewhere they mentioned it using indirectly context. 3) Bluish picture quality as compared to original: display seems like as if you are in blue light reduction mode. This you get adapted and dont feel difference when you start using it. It is visible when you compare side by side. CONCLUSION: I will buy it again. I will suggest it to my friends. Because of the value for the product quality. Suggestion to manufacturer: Please add up a pictorial instruction booklet.

For the price, this screen replacement is a great option, naturally when it comes to iPhones, it's not as easy peasy as other android devices but it's not that bad, there are a few components that need to be transferred like ear speaker, home button, front camera and such, but it's not terrible, it makes it easier if you're used to doing this kind of things or have done it in the past, if you've never done it before I do recommend to watch a YouTube video and to separate and organize your screws so that you know where they're from, otherwise you'll get really overwhelmed by the many different sizes that won't match in just any hole, they're very specific, but the functionality of the screen, brightness, colors and touch responsiveness is great in my case, I do recommend this screen!

Screen is glitchy keeps freezing up about once a week have to open the phone unplug the battery and restart the phone to get it to work again a real pain in the ass
