I purchased this mirror after someone side swiped my mirror. Honda wanted over $600 for a new mirror. The only difference I can tell between this mirror and the OEM mirror is that this mirror does not have the weird dimples on the top of the mirror. The dimples don't seem to serve a purpose, so no big deal. This mirror was a perfect fit. The bolts lined up perfectly with the bolt holes on the door. There are 3 bolts, 2 on the left side (one at that the top and one at the bottom) and one on the right. The one on the right requires partially removing the door panel as this bolt hole is hidden. Removal is easy, as most of the door panel is just clipped in. Even on a 11 year old car, the clips easily came off and did not break. Hopefully I won't need to buy another mirror, but if I do, I will certainly buy this one again. ... show more

Pros Fit for 2014 Honda CRV, (driver side) Motor works Cons built in bolts are not really long enough BIG PROBLEM is DISTORTIONS. Mirror is not totally flat, it's distorted from about middle to the left edge. The distortions behind Vertical line are even worse. I already have a similar mirror. When I drive on highway at night and look in that mirror, the car approaching on the left behind looks like (because of mirror distortion) suddenly jumps left or right. It's impossible to estimate distance to the passing car by looking in this mirror. This makes driving pretty dangerous. Update: I returned this assembly and bought one from e-Bay. It was so bad ( warped and shaky), that I returned it and bought this one again. It's more flat (at least 2/3 of it) and less, much less shaky, then the one I got from eBay (less price though). So I upgraded my review to 4 stars. ... show more
