    • BEWARE! Unable to get a response for two weeks!!!
Product was installed in Honda Crv and a day later, clutch stopped working. Now serpentine belt is now affected also. Two days at a mechanic to get it installed and another visit to figure out why it stopped working immediately. Buy Auto Parts will not answer their customer service lline and as I write Ive been on hold AGAIN, this time for a mere 27min so far. Ive hung up after 45 min, and 1hour and 15min. Emails to the company directly have gone unanswered for TWO WEEKS. Time for some public posting to spur a response. Contacting the company through amazon to arrange a replacement before we uninstall and install again. VERY UPSET! The $300 we saved by ordering the ac unit online has cost us more in time lost from work, aggravation and dont forget hours of waitng in queue on their "customer service" line. ... show more

I bought this back in August of 2015. The compressor has now died and I need a new one. 3 years is not terrible, but not great. I ran great when it worked.

What did I like? I liked the fact that it was a considerable amount less than all the others I looked into locally. And it's not refurbished. It showed up 3 days early and it was exactly as the description said! What's NOT to like!

This unit fit and works fine in my CRV. It seem to strain the engine more than the original one. I had to replace ours and 124,000 miles be cause of Honda's design flaw in their A/C system on the 2004's. Not happy with Honda.

    • Great Buy, with a Problem.
Product arrived well packed. However the unit failed to cycle on when installed! The Compressor wasn't bad, but the certified mechanic determined that the relay was bad. Now that I paid to have the (new) compressor installed and charged, it doesn't work. Please advise.
