After only a few days of drinking this along with the pills I feel less bloated and snacking alot less . My advice is put it in cold water DO NOT LET IT SIT AND GET WARM the taste gets bad if you do that. I just drink it all at once while the taste is good . Doesn't make me run to the toilet like other diet products.

in the description it says that it tastes sweet, like pomegranate and a little bit sour. for me, it doesn’t taste like that at all. it is very bitter and has a strong aftertaste. I have to plug my nose to drink it and quickly drink some water afterwards. I don’t know if it helped me since I couldn’t stand the taste and would drink it once a week (I don’t want to waste it since it was expensive).

Haven't tried the product yet but will come back to change my review if it works. Pretty unhappy about the fake ads pic showing a bottle while the bottle is separately purchased. Update - Seller communicated with me and explained about the bottle issue I complained. It's very responsive and prompt. Customer service is great. -------------- 1 week after trying the product : I purchased pills, drinking mix, and jelly together. The jelly tastes good like a dessert but I don't like the bitter after-taste of the drinking mix, so I didn't drink it every day. The drink is indeed sweet at first but the bitterness comes out right after. It's a great energy drink tho. I can feel the energy boost after drinking one sleeve. I've been consistently taking the pills every day before bed. This consistency leads me to believe that the noticeable results I've experienced comes from the pills. After just a week, I had a remarkable improvements in debloating. While I haven't noticed any changes in my weight yet, I'll keep an eye on the numbers. Alongside this red diet treatment, I've also done a lot more workout than usual, especially weight lifting, which could be complementing the effects of these pills. Once I finished these product, I'll definitely re-order the pills.

I was worried about the horrible reviews on the taste but quite surprised when I first tried it out. Tips for those who didn't like the taste, make it with cold water and take it within hours. (the time doesn't do good on this) I noticed the fat reduction on the belly. Also, it helps with the bowel movement, so I go to the bathroom every morning without any discomfort.

I've been seeing this product endorsed by several Korean celebrities from Korean TV shows. So I decided to pull the trigger as I'm familiar with the product. Here's my honest review; It tastes amazing. I know this is not much of help when reading a review, but I definitely want to throw this here as I wasn't expecting much from the flavor department. Under its descriptions, it emphasizes 4 Natural-Origin Star Ingredients, and from those, I'd assume Fructooligosaccharide which is the prebiotic processed from various fruits, activates lactobacillus that has personally worked exceptionally well. I go to the bathroom much easier now (I'm sorry for the TMI) which has proven that this product works for me. I'd highly recommend this product if you are having a hard time due to constipation.
