I bought open box so i paid half the price. All pieces were included. It looks a lot cheesier when it’s in pieces and looks more of a project to put together than it really is. You don’t need all the tools the manual suggests. It comes with tools needed. Like many reviews say , the last step of the instructions is incorrect, you’ll need the longer screws, not the short ones. When put together, looks decent and sturdy. It’ll do its job. Have fun !

Assembly is VERY HARD. I have spent more than 2 hours already just putting up one of the two. I was able to put together the first one - but some screws were not fully secured leaving me somewhat worried and not fully confident. But it was academic because for the second rack it was impossible. Screws were too big. Could not complete even the first step. I was expecting the racks to have been assembled already when it arrived. Too bad, i like the material of the rack. But I need to return this one. I understand the need for assembly but it should not be an impossibility.

These luggage racks met our needs perfectly. They are sturdy and sized correctly to hold a large bag. The top of the legs are not sticking up into the bag area like some other designs do. The fabric shelf below is great for miscellaneous things, like a toiletry bag, shoes, purse, etc. Assembly was easy and they fold up to store under the bed when not in use. I was a bit intimidated by all the pieces but quite pleased at the detailed instructions and illustrations. It took me longer to locate my Phillips head and Flat head Screwdrivers - which were not needed! 🥴🥴😂 They upgraded the product to include an Allen wrench and this 🔧 to use but never the instructions! Now I know where my Screwdrivers are! 😂😂 Bottom shelf a little loose! But overall excellent product!
