I watched the installation video on YouTube twice. This was very helpful. One box, great product, instructions were pretty clear. It took 4 hours to install. The biggest problem was I didn't realize my garage floor has a slight slope. So, by the time I realized it, I had already installed the lower wall plate. I decided to install the top wall mount level despite the inch difference. Things worked out and despite the slope, both legs are firmly on the floor which was what I cared about most. Love this. The hardest part was finding the studs in the wall. Other than that, took about an hour. Definitely Needs two people. Completes my home gym .Very Happy. Great design. And I can still fit my car in the garage 😀
