No, the product did not meet my expectations. I bought the foam to put on my recliner to see if it would stop hurting my tailbone. It did not. I bought 3 inch height because I thought that would help the comfort. It was easy to use. All I did was put let it expand and then I put it on the chair. This seat replacement cushion works well. It is very firm and was a challenge to get into my leather seat cover. Try folding it in half to insert. However, once installed, it offers great support and I find it very comfortable.

I replaced two cushions on the love seat, and it is much firmer now! I like the 'spring back' when you get up...it helps you out of the seat. Can't tell if memory foam is any different than solid foam though.
